The location of the hotel is just amazing, it is literally few steps away from the Mezquita Cathedral. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. We decided to have a breakfast in the Hotel and it was a very good decision. The super choices of breakfast menu is a thumb up! The hotel is quite busy and I found to have an online check out is very helpful!

Our room is located just next to the Elevator and it was loud. The room is not very sounds proof and it was a bit hard for me to sleep in the night as I kept hearing people chatting outside (maybe while waiting for the Elevator). The room I had was a bit smelling like smoke and one of the towel was smelling 100% like smoke. I couldn’t use it as it was a bit too much smells of smoke.

Location Cleanliness Most of the services I really appreciate the young lady who supported me by phone to find the hotel. I was hot and exhausted and highly appreciated her support. She, along with the others who appreciate their diverse customers, allows me to say I will return.

Some service workers allow their prejudices to interject in their manner and approach in servicing. I paid the same as any customer and therefore qualify to services guaranteed to all customers. Most were kind and some very kind. As a solo senior traveler, I truly appreciate all kindness shown.

This comfortable property has a prime location directly on Cordoba's famous Mezquita square, and it has a lovely interior courtyard garden where you can sit, have a drink or a bite to eat. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the young lady at the concierge desk who helped us book a couple local tours (Danisha). Also, the hotel is located near restaurants, shops and the famous Mosque-Cathedral which is literally across the street.

Our room was a bit on the small side, but it was quiet and overlooked the interior courtyard garden. One word of caution, driving into any historical district can be tricky, and Cordoba is no exception. There is an entry gate where you announce yourself and your hotel. When the gate lifts, proceed CLOCKWISE around the Mezquita; it's a one way. The hotel has a garage at a daily fee, if you need one.

This hotel is location perfect! There is parking, though you can't book in advance which is a shame. The room was a little on the small side, we had a courtyard room but unable to open the door fully as a desk was in the way.

There was a wedding one of the nights we stayed and they used the courtyard from 10pm for the reception, unfortunately this was very loud so even though you paid extra for a court yard room you couldn't open the doors due to the noise. The noise then continued until very late whist they dragged away tables and cleared away.

The main thing was the staff....excellent customer service skills by reception. Given lots of information on check in which was appreciated as our first time there . Maid was excellent, young and very thorough, with such a demanding job, had a smile on her face. Location was excellent too. Value for money and just a beautiful hotel. Small balcony from our room overlooking the patio. Very quaint.

Wished I'd have booked longer. The only negative was I asked if I could get a coke at the bar, Was advised bar was closed....fair enough, but then to put a notice on top of the bar saying if you wanted anything ask. Just didn't seem appropriate.

I was made to feel very special staying in the hotel, it far exceeded value for money in EVERY way. Location couldn't be better for seeing the old city. We only had one night so didn't get to explore Cordoba fully and I definitely want to return to do just that. We ate at the restaurant and our meals were outstanding. The room was extremely comfortable with an amazing view looking at the Mesquite walls, and where else in the world does the hotel you're staying in have glass floors so you can see the Roman ruins below - amazing.

The hotel restaurant was understaffed the evening we stayed; however, the service and meals were brilliant. The one young lady that looked after us was calm and collected even though she had three tables in the restaurant, quite a few people dining in the courtyard and a bar to manage by herself.

Amazing location, right outside the Mosque which meant that on Saturday morning we could access it really easily during the 8.30am-9.30am session when it's free! Then we came back to the hotel and continued our breakfast, which was amazing! Churros, Spanish tortillas, all types of bread and jams, exotic juices - everything you need. All other attractions were within walking distance - the roman Bridge, Jewish quarter and alcazar. There were a bunch of nice restaurants nearby all within walking distance. Everyone kept saying the parking was narrow and steep but if you had a normal size car, honestly it's not really that much of an issue. If you're coming with a 7 seater then yeah you'll struggle with the steepness going down. Other than that parking was very simple for us, you just stop in front of the hotel and tell them you're about to go in with your car, they let you in the car park via intercom and you come back in through the internal lifts to continue checking in and register your car.

AC wasn't that cold, and in 40C weather, you're really gonna feel it, but in the night the temperature will stabilise and you'll sleep fine. Pillows were a little flat.

The service staff was very attentive, hotel location is excellent, right in front of the mosque and major historic streets around it. The servers at the restaurant where very friendly and attentive. Food was very good and there are plenty of options/restaurants close by.

It's located in a pedestrian only area- and its very very challenging to navigate to get there, even with GPS and instructions. Tons of tourist in the area you have to navigate through and around the mosque to get to the hotel. The underground hotel parking is secure BUT you have to go to the front desk to let them know you have arrived so they can open the parking -it has limited capacity and do require prior reservation. Heads up- if you have a meal-included plan (half or full) they have a different menu on the restaurant, and you may have to pay xtra to get the restaurant full menu. Considering the other parking options around I feel we make the right choice leaving the car at the hotel and do all the sight seeing on foot not using the car till departure.

The location, the style and tranquility.

We weren’t too happy with the fact that as we elected half board, we weren’t allowed to eat in the patio. i expressed my dissatisfaction and was told it was hotel policy to accommodate clients who were eating ‘a la carte’. I explained, this was not stipulated anywhere at the time of booking or upon arrival and we could not be discriminated because of this and that we particularly chose this hotel because of the patio. At the end of the day it is not a low budget hotel. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction, the Staff kindly acknowledged our concern and allowed us to sit outside.

The location was superb. Right next to the mosque cathedral, few steps from the Jewish quarter, few minutes from the Alcazar or the Roman bridge. It's nice that they have their own parking lot. The front desk staff members were very kind and very helpful.

Sorry I have to say that, but the waitress who served us at the local restaurant was so useless. It took her ages to bring us anything we asked for (even the menu or the drinks); she didn't bother notifying us that they ran out of one of the main ingrediants in the salad we ordered, and was replaces by tuna fish - which my husband can't even smell. In terms of the room itself the mattress and the pillows were too soft for me, but there were no extra pillows I could use.
