The staff are extraordinary. When I was sick, they arranged for me to get excellent medical support and organised communication and transport with no fuss. Day to day service is excellent as well. The team is friendly and super professional. Hotel Madinat will book you into a session at a hammam in close walking distance. This place is beautiful, historic and serene. Don't miss it, choose a quiet time.

Breakfast was good, but not quite up to the standard we expected (for example, fruit was elegantly presented but not properly ripe).

We were dropped off by the taxi driver who said the streets were too narrow to get down. Well, the streets were very narrow, with sharp turns, so we understood. We were greeted with a cold beverage and snack. We were assisted with laundry, much to our delight, since there was no laundry facility nearby. The laundry facility did a nice job with quite a large load. The rooftop bar was nice and the location was convenient to everything. We also received excellent dining recommendations. We were grateful for the air conditioning, as well.

This is a very stylish, clean, premium 4-star hotel located in the center of the old town of Cordoba. It’s on a very quiet street, close to all the major attractions. The Roman Bridge, Mezquita of Cordoba, Calleja de las Flores/Jewish Quarter, and Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos are all within 5 minutes of walking distance. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is great. The hotel is cozy, clean, quiet, and safe. The room is very spacious and bright and it has a very high ceiling. The bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is great. The hotel decorations are beautiful and impressive. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and I really want to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is ideal for all you want to see and do in Córdoba. The entire building was lovely and so unique. we enjoyed our room, the terraces at sunrise, and a lovely sit-down breakfast. The entire place was so well appointed and special. Don’t think twice. Stay here. we’ll be back for sure.

The parking was not on property but their directions were impeccable and we rolled our bags easily from the referenced parking area to the hotel. Park first and roll your bags - you can’t drop bags at the hotel door.

This is a lovely renovated 17th or 18th century mansion. The mix of. And modern decor and comfort is well balanced. Our room was beautiful with a view of the mosque/Cathedral. There was a lovely courtyard and dining area on the ground floor and three terraces on the upper floor with lovely views. Breakfast was terrific and service was impeccable. We particularly appreciated the orientation to Cordoba by Raul. Sending clothes out for laundry was also easy and inexpensive. The hotel is in a pedestrian only area but parking was very close by. There it was adjacent to the old Jewish quarter and we were able to walk everywhere. Cordova is a lovely town.

We liked everything

We were received with a welcome drink, had an update in our room and could access our room much before the checkin. Breakfast was nice, with tasty small details. Room was big, spotless clean and totally quiet. Terrace has great views over Cordoba. Personal very attentive and symphatic. Amenities, restaurants, Mezquita, all is easily reachable on foot.

If anything, hotel is in the Judería, which means access with the car may be a bit tricky. However, we arrived with the train and taxis arrive and leave the place without difficulty.

there were three terraces where you could have a drink and look out over the city as the sun set. 360° view from one of them.

The bathroom was effectively part of the bedroom, but with a glass wall between it and the rest of the bedroom. A large part of the glass was completely see-through, but some of it was translucent. The sliding glass door left a half inch gap when closed. This arrangement gives no real privacy at all which is not to our liking.

Wonderful welcoming friendly staff. Recommended and made reservations for great restaurants. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Very clean. Cozy. Delicious, abundant breakfast, just remember to ask for scrambled eggs. Welcome chocolate! Be sure to see the terraces and the view. We would definitely stay there again! We highly recommend it!

Distinctly stylish small hotel. Perfectly located: easy walking distance to the Mezquita, the river waterfront and many restaurants. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. The breakfast provided was ample and delicious. Nice little rooftop common area with views over the city.

Each room has a unique layout. Just be aware that some rooms may lack a proper bathroom door, though the bathroom facilities are discreetly screened from of the rest of the room. A room or two may also lack an exterior window.

Very spacious rooms with a unique style. On check-in we received a drink and the staff member (Paloma, I think was her name) walked us through all the fun things to do in the city and places to eat. I really enjoyed the view from the roof. Definitely recommend if you are looking for the full Cordoba experience or want something different than a “cookie-cutter” hotel room!
