Gorgeous sea views (if you book a sea view), friendly staff, great cleaning, good and versatile food. In general, everything you'd need for the great vacations with kids at the seaside. This is our second stay at this hotel and I'd like to say, that despite all COVID limitations, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay there, all 100%. And finally the pricing is also great, compared to the similar hotels in that area. Unlike many other places it's popular among local tourists as well for the short vacations or family gatherings.

The hotel has not been renovated for years. They just maintain its current condition and some things in the rooms and common areas might look really 'cheap' even though it's formally a 4 stars hotel. Also if you get a smoking neighbour there's a high chance that all the smoke from a neighbour's balcony will be in your room if you'll not close a balcony door. It's really bad, that smoking is not at least formally prohibited on balconies and nobody sees this problem as a real one (probably just because in Spain there're still lots of smokers among all age groups)

We stayed here 3rd time already. The most beautiful thing about this hotel is the sea view. It's absolutely worth to pay extra for it. Also you can get a full board for the very reasonable price. Beach nearby is really close and it's so big, that even during season peak there were plenty of space. I hardly recall such thing somewhere else. Such combination makes our stay here really outstanding. Also, due to some emergency just before our stay we had to cut off 3 days and leave earlier than we booked. Hotel helped us to manage our booking on the spot despite the fact, that due to high season it was not possible to do via booking.com website and even their support was not able to help. So, it's really appreciated.

As we visited this hotel first time 4 years ago from the date of this review and even then it was really 'tired'. Since then nothing really changed. It looks like the hotel does not spend anything on renovation, which is really needed. Also, with all our respect, this time we got worse room than it was before. They have the same price for smaller and more tired rooms and for more spacious and newer rooms, so each time it's a kind of lottery which one you get. But on the other hand I understand that it was high season and they had nearly 100% occupancy.

View and location were great.

Beds are very basic and mattress towards the lower end of luxury. Internet access was spotty at times, especially during the night. Carpets a bit worn and old fashion and wood furniture basic.

The room was clean and cozy enough to stay with a 5-year-old child. The view wasn't great, but it's ok for the last moment we've booked the room. We've booked a week before our stay. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were OK. There are a lot of choices of what to eat for any taste people.

I liked everything very much. There was an ideal ratio of reasonable price and quality.A quiet, peaceful place, a wide beach, and the presence of a river with thermal springs make this place ideal for families with children.

Hotel employees are absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, very helpful and lovely people. Very good food, good variety, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables available every day. Location is very good, only few minutes walk to the beach. Lovely cafés nearby.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Located just a stone’s throw from the beach too.

The food was quite hit and miss: rather tasteless and hardly any vegetarian options.
