We loved the little cat family who lives under our bungalow I hope the next guests will take good care for them <3 The bungalow was clean and had enough space

The toilet was a bit stinky And the faucet in the sink was a bit loose

i have come here many many times and always stay at different kinds of rooms or tents and this time I loved the big tent with a private bathroom and I loved it

Usually when I came there was a super friendly lady at receptions called Flor and she and I always had such a nice time chatting and this time unfortunately she was not there so that made me feel some sort of way. I am feeling when staff is so great it adds to whole experience for sure.....not that the other people werent great but just over the years to always see the same friendly faces and build a rapport ads to the whole stay and this time I felt sad not seeing the usual people at the desk upon arrival. made it less special somehow.

Great location and very easy to get to from the airport. Amazing pool and facilities- good selection of provisions at the shop and good choice of food on the menu at the restaurant. A wonderful location to relax.

Misleading information to enter through the gate...email received was to 'ring the bell' and would be let in but we needed to 'push' open the gate....had to walk all the way along the beach pulling luggage to beach entrance which was very difficult!!!! a light blanket should be available on the beds as got cold around 3am a frying pan should be added in the kitchen appliances Booking.com information on details of the accomodation was misleading

The grounds are beautiful, the staff is helpful and patient with questions

Walking from the bus to the camp, GPS takes you to the back door that has a nonworking number and a metal gate. The gate happened to be open and we pushed it open but there was no sign to say it was open. There's nothing to show there's another entrance. And like I said the phone number wasn't working so there was a group that was lost outside camp for about 30 minutes just wandering around until 1 of us pushed on the big metal door and it opened. Bad start to our stay. There is also broken furniture on some porches and inside the tent some chairs were folded and out away but when you unfold it was broken.

Staffs are nice service (just Engineer man is no English) , Room and bed are clean & comfortable. Kitchen has almost everything you need.

Room : kitchen don’t have medium size of pot and sharp knife for me ☹️and the fridge was broken on the first day we came. Swimming pool : it is boring, no sliders for big boys. The beach : it has not wooden way for walking (it’s not easy to walk on the sand in long distance), no umbrella and trees. Restaurants:Only one restaurant, foods are expensive and have time limit (close 2 times). Entertainment: Nothing WI-FI: It was really bad at my spot (D15)

We arrived 10 minutes before midnight, and we were afraid that the reception would be closed. Indeed the reception was already closed but the guard was informed. He was super helpful and warmly welcomed us, made the check in and gave all the instructions although he had limited knowledge of English. Everybody who works in the camping is very friendly and polite. We stayed in Venus, it was exceptionally clean and looking very new. The camping is in front of the beach which is a very wide, sandy and clean beach. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious, we enjoyed some local tastes.

The camping is located very near to the airport. So, depending on the wind direction sometimes the planes are taking off very close and directly on top of the camping place. It can be noisy for some guests, but it is inevitable when the location is considered. It did not bother us that much though. The blankets in the room are used without any cover. One was very dirty in our case, which was not pleasant to have. We did not use it and did not make a complaint. I would advise to the camping either using them with blanket cover, which would help to keep them clean, or wash them regularly please.

Being close to the ocean with access the beach between the motorhomes, open spaces like the recreational areas, having a decently priced supermarket and small laundry facilities onsite. It’s far from the city, which was nice for us.

Lots of people close together (typical camping), noise from airplanes every 2 minutes from sunrise to sunset, and some advertised features did not exist: -WiFi (signal exists but in 8 days no person I talked to could connect to either of the WiFi networks. Staff don’t care, claim the other guests have overloaded it) -electric car charger (shows on SMOU and other e-car apps but is not accessible at all) -Pool (perhaps March/April is off-season?)

The toilets were spotless and our room as well. Well done to the housekeeping staff. Thanks a million.

Most of the staff did not speak English, except at the reception, which was very helpful. Considering that many tourists stay at the campsite, it would be beneficial if all staff could communicate in English. Additionally, I was a bit surprised when I sent an email in English regarding an issue and received a response in Spanish. I believe responding in the same language would help improve communication with international guests.

The sea and beach were just next to the camping, amaizing and clean with nice sandy and wide costline. The camping was safe, clean and calm place. Very friendly/helpfull staff and nice environment to rest with family. Nice restaurant on the territory of camping to have breakfast/brunch. Barcelona is just in 30 min by bus from the camping. We were happy.

Would be great to have in the room some ceramic 2-3 plates/cups/bowls to heat food in a microwave. In the evenening saturday the buses to Barcelona were completed, so it was difficult to get Barcelona from the nearest bus station. Suppose it was because the weather became better sharply and many people spent time on the seaside.

I liked the beach. Sunrise and sunset. I liked the restaurant inside awesome pizza the lady in the restaurant is awesome. The security guard was nice. Overall the experience was good because we just came to sleep at night other than that we were in city centre. Also it has good access to bus, at the start it felt like it was far away but once i got hang of it it was close.

Wifi, smell in the area. Receptionist could give us clearer instructions on where our rooms are. No one told us about the activities we could do in hotel for example a little excercise area, games area, swimming area etc.
