We loved the hotel's location and upscale vibe. We enjoyed walking around and having easy access to many wonderful restaurants.

I wished that the pool was open during the evening hours. It was too hot to sit out during the day so we were looking forward to using the pool area in the evening but the doors were locked.

Great location and lovely area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice big room and very comfy bed with sofa and armchair as well. Very clean and nice touches like bathrobes and slippers and mini bar and kettle. Lovely big bathroom with amazing shower. Nice breakfast room looking into pretty garden and pool, good spread and amazing omelettes. A really great place to stay, we loved it.

Nothing at all this is just a suggestion but with a nice big seating area in the room we felt a small coffee table and a couple of pictures on the wall would make it look more cosy.

Pool area could get crowded as it’s a small area - not a complaint just fact. It’s a city break boutique hotel so if you’re after a week by the pool 9-5 with your kids, I wouldnt recommend. The clientele are older (I was there with my elderly mum). We were out every day on tours or trips & then had a chill and a dip when we got back but some guests could be selfish about hogging loungers from 9am for the rest of the day even if they weren’t there. Not sure what the solution is.

Great location, a short walk from all the historic sites of the old town and the town square. Good room size, with very comfortable beds and nice hotel decor throughout. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of meats, fruits, cheese, pastries and cereals with a small hot selection (omelette and bacon).

Pool area was nice, although shaded for most of the day but the pool also needs cleaning more regularly as the bottom has grit (needs vacuuming) and the edge needs scrubbing as has a build up of sun cream. But otherwise nice and a welcome dip after exploring Girona.

Excellent location in a quiet side street, but close to everything and is in a flat area where it is easy to walk to the main square and all the sights in the old town, good shopping and dining. Loved the huge and peaceful room with arm chairs and outdoor terrace on the first floor - there is a lift - from there you can look down at the delightful pool area. Two days in Girona was very worthwhile.

The bed was hard and flat but the staff did their best to find an underblanket for the mattress.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a perfect location for exploring historic Girona. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room - a superior suite (we treated ourselves) - was huge as was the private terrace. Tastefully furnished throughout. Breakfast was very good. The pool is a real bonus and we used it to cool down in the late afternoon after exploring Girona during the day. It’s not a big pool but you can swim up and down ok. The restaurant was closed during our stay, so can’t comment on that.

The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly and spoke multiple languages. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the historic old town and many good restaurants and bars. Tastefully decorated, it has a small swimming pool, garden and lounge making it an ideal base for a restful stay or for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk from the station or a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. The large secure luggage store is an added benefit when organising a visit around flight times.

It was elegant and modern. The beautiful grey floors seemed to be made of a subdued grey stone. It was a neutral backdrop for the sleek furniture, attractive wall art. We saw people laying cards nightly and from time to time cyclists, who easily wheeled their bikes in! Our suite was a delight. The pool is exquisite, just as pictured. Unfortunately I missed the chance to swim. Either we came in too late or it rained.

At night the streets were randomly noisy.

Great location. Free upgrade. Solid comfortable bed. Great shower. Lovely Rituals toiletries. Pool was quaint and lovely (although only in sun from lunch onwards). Absolutely delightful reception staff with great restaurant recommendations. Full range of breakfast items and lots of decent fruit (juicy cherries!). So clean.. we would wake up to look from Juliette balcony towards pool area and a cleaner properly washing down everything outside every morning. Relaxed feel to the hotel. All round lovely time here. And need some great boutique shops on the road parallel (towards river).
