Breakfast and all restaurant-related people were awesome. being able to charge the car was great as well, as was the design and presentation of the place. The hotel was not super easy to find, but once found it is a great location.

There were may small issues, mostly in the room, that were a bit annoying: The bathroom door didn't close (sliding door that would slide open by itself, we ended up using tricks to keep it shut) The toliet was misaligned (not obvious, but I have an eye for those things) The toilet also had minor imperfections here and there, as it is was a "b" series bought by the hotel The worst thing was how noisy the AC was during the whole night, maybe something in the room (as the toilet and door issues) but still... The room felt a bit like somebody had decided to cut a lot of corners, the rest of the hotel was great.

The modern hotel reception was lovely and the staff very efficient and friendly.The bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need .The walk in shower was powerful … lovely. At breakfast there was s good choice and it was great to see a decaf coffee machine.

Only downside was no extra pillows in the room . The bolster alone wasn’t enough.Probably should have asked in reception if there were any available.

Good location - next to the highway and next to a shopping mall. Large parking lot. The hotel and the rooms in special seem to be newly renovated and are clean. Nice view.

On the edge of the main area in a more commercial district. Outside parking in front of the hotel, not secure but didn't seem a risky area. An Aldi is nearby and a 10-15 min walk to the main area. The bar is nice, reception staff helpful and a very nice room with rural views. The hotel restaurant menu was a bit cafe style, we didn't eat there.

Some of the floors below the hotel seem derelict with broken windows but our night was quiet and peaceful and this is unnoticeable unless you look for it.

Staff, room size, room cleanness...

Restaurant: although the offering is very well chosen, food was not that great, and took almost one hour to get some of the ordered dishes. They apologized, saying there was a moment of mess in the kitchen when many orders arrived within short time, and made a very small bill reduction to compensate.

Very clean and comfortable, good size room, bed and bathroom. Nice amenities in the bathroom.

I could not open the window due to the noise caused by the air conditioning outdoor unit and by the proximity to the motorway.

Nothing really nearby… good hotel for travelers to spend the night as they pass by Guadalajara

The rooms were clean and spacious, the wifi had a good connection and the parking was free.

The booking in when you arrive at the hotel took a while and the reception staff were not very helpful or friendly.

Very nice room with lot of space

The reception took time to attend me. When we arrive there was more than 5 people waiting for check in. It was only one person at the reception.

Beautifully design bedroom, lovely comfortable huge bed, and spotless clean Excellent breakfast plenty of choice and extremely well presented

Bathroom was beautifully designed but no where to put your towel when you were in the shower, a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be adequate.
