Breakfast was ok but hardly any fresh fruit The staff were very nice, helpful and attentive, and helped with my dietary restrictions Front desj very helpful suggesting a good restaurant nearby when we arrived, late and tired.

The window was a glass door which lead on to a patio which was shared with two other rooms, so we didn't feel very comfortable keeping the door open all night, which would have been our preference as we don't like air conditioning

Love the interior and the location, close to the beach, very quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood. Staff is super friendly.

The breakfast selection could be better.

New, modern Hotel very close to the beach, city center and old town. Out of season it was very quiet. People at the reception are very friendly and helpful and were very motivated to solve an issue we had with the room. Price / Quality is excellent. The area around is a typical Spanish residential area, surely no upper class neighbourhood but neither a place to feel unsafe.

So, one thing that should be mentioned, this hotel has an open space concept meaning there is barely any separation between the room and the bathroom, including the toilet. The first room we got, the toilet was visible from any place in the room so we had to ask for a different room which was slightly better but still no full privacy given. If you are not comfortable doing you needs in front of your partner or companion, you maybe want to look for a different place. Breakfast buffet is the saddest thing I have ever seen and the toiletries could be of better quality.

The staff were all super friendly and informative, the room was just amazing, how is this a 1*?! The bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful- I ended up staying 6 nights due to family circumstances and I was made to feel so welcome! The location is fab, I was walking to the hospital twice daily which was approximately 12 minute walk. I found a treasure at Honey & Lemon just below the hotel... what a find... delicious food ecuador style. The breakfast was a great start to the day at the hotel! Less than 1 minute walk to the beach, just awesome property. I have already asked for prices fo book my return stay!

Absolutely nothing!

Really lovely hotel , very clean and cleaned every day, five minutes walk to get to the beach. The lady who does breakfast (sorry we have forgotten her name) is an amazing worker and very attentive. The breakfast could have been better if it was hot and just made it a little bit more choices on the hot food.

I already knew that there was no lift and as it was only two floors we didn't think it was a problem , but our room had four flights of stairs to climb to get there. That to some does seem much but they failed to say that to get to the beach and into the old town you have to go up and down really steep seven flights of steps. We decided on our first night to have a gin and tonic as it was my birthday! Gin was a small English measure , we have lived in Spain seven years and this is Spain?!! The cost of two gins - tonic was 20 euros Why?? You are just letting this lovely hotel down.

Clean and modern hotel. Room had a nice balcony. The glass wall style bathroom didn't bother us - glass well frosted. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast buffet. Great location a minutes walk to really nice Firgueretes beach, shops, and restaurants. 20 mins ish walk to Ibiza Town or can get the taxi boat from the beach. Also a short walk to the bus station where we got the bus a few times to different places such as San Antonio and Ses Salines beach. No pool but we spent most days on beaches and a boat trip, but did find a pool to use for an afternoon down the road.

Air con was a bit difficult to use.

Room was newly renovated and clean, bath tub with great view. Love the location in the old town. Nice to sit on the balcony and have a drink, but there was no fridge to store your drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was okay. Better then the one star reviews!

No mini fridge / bar to even store water or drinks. TV was very small. Would be 5 stars if upgraded the TVs and added a mini fridge to rooms.

We really liked the economic room concept and the modern interior. The location is very nice, right on the border between the city (15' walk to the old town) and the beach area of Eivissa. There is a rooftop terrace open for all guests, where you have a nice view of the bay. The guys at the reception were welcoming and it is possible to have scooters or other activities organized.

Coffee and juices at breakfast come from a machine and didn't taste nice. The restaurants in the surrounding area are large and pretty touristy so we preferred walking to the Port area instead. When arriving with the bus from the airport there are a quite a few stairs to overcome, in the street as well as in the hotel itself - however we did not mind.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. It was nice to have some outdoor space to enjoy the sun. The location was ideal, with the beach, restaurants and a supermarket all within a short walk. In general the breakfast was nice.

The coffee at the breakfast was not good. There were no water glasses provided in the room (could ask at reception). The lack of privacy in the shower/toilet was not ideal, even for a couple.

Brilliant location, just a couple of mins from line 10 bus stop (airport line) and 10ish mins walk to the old town and bus station. Close to bars, restaurants etc but still super quiet. Lovely view from the balconies and lots of space in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast could be slightly better, and the bed was a bit hard but honestly neither affected us that much and we'd definitely stay here again!
