What a fantastic hotel! forgive me for not remembering your beautiful receptionists name, but she was from Paraguay, and she was outstanding, her customer service skills were faultless, she made us feel like we arrived at her home, happy and smiling from our arrival, kindness from the heart, interested in our travels, and were we were from, looking after our every need! she made us feel very spoilt, very,clean large rooms, with a cute balcony, perfectly situated for a quiet relaxing stay, incredible staff at this hotel! would highly recommend to stay here.

Antonio and the staff went above and beyond for us during our short trip. The reception desk were so accommodating after a very long journey (our flight was cancelled so we ended up arriving at 1am) We received such a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly when we got there. Check in was super quick and Antonio was really helpful. They assisted with various taxi requests which can be booked with the hotel's taxi and via other local companies. The hotel is really quiet and clean with only a few rooms so it's nice for some peace and quiet from the loudness of town! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay here. The location is less than a 10 minute walk into the old town which was perfect.

Our flight arrived late so reception was closed but they sent the details through how to get into the hotel and get the keys from a lockbox which was all fine. The room was nice and big and very clean. Location was good as was about 10 minutes from the port and there were plenty of shops/restaurants/bars not too far. The staff were really lovely and friendly, couldn’t fault them.

The wifi was very weak and did keep dropping out so had to use my data but didn’t cause too many problems for us. We did have an issue with the shower water backing up but again it wasn’t terrible. It was great that the room had a safe which you had to enter a code for and then use your room key - never had this before so did seem like it was a little more secure but in reality the key tapping was very temperamental and took several attempts to get into and close the safe each time which was quite annoying.

Fabulous hotel, would highly recommend!! The staff were out of this world!! They couldn’t do enough for us!! They helped massively with organising taxi’s for the 6 of us!! Fantastic location! The rooms were lovely and clean! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Ibiza!! Thank you!!

Although we had a lovely coffee machine in the room it would have been an added bonus if we had at kettle so I could have woken up to a tea in bed. We could get Tea and coffee downstairs and sit in the outdoor back garden.

The room was very close to the Old Town and walking distance to it all, really lovely staff especially Mihaela, reception, and decor are great, the room was fine considering we only wanted it to sleep, shower, etc, could have possibly been a little more cosy and the bathroom seemed a little warn, but that wouldn't put me off booking again, will definitely stay there again.

Just could have been a little bit more up together with the actual paint work and shower etc.

A clean, modern, quiet and bright location, located in the city center, a 10-minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the noisy area of the center. The reception staff is very kind, professional and ready to help you with any need . Thank you Mihaela for your kindness and advice.

The price is a bit high, but in terms of the place...it's hard to find cheap and quality accommodation in the center of Ibiza...well, I couldn't find it.

Friendly staff, ideal location just a short walk to the bustling Vara De Rey square and the Dalt Villa with lots of restaurants. Quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. No parking at hotel. Minimal breakfast. Efficient air-con. Funky wall art in reception and room, and as you walk back to the hotel at night you cannot miss it with the building lit by changing coloured lights and dramatic exterior wall art. 17 or 18 Euro taxi ride to airport . Highly recommended for good quality clean accomodation in a great location.

No parking and pot luck if you can find a space in the street outside.

perfect place for a getaway weekend, for a good price the rooms were huge with an espresso machine, couch, mini fridge, I think a king-sized bed, large closet with a full length mirror, AND a balcony! They cleaned our room every day and it made it even more comfortable. And I have to give a notable shoutout to Andres, who was at reception, for being very personable and very helpful when we wanted to rent a moped or find where to do laundry/grocery shopping. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The only thing was past 10pm, reception is closed which means kitchen supplies were unavailable, and sometimes I like to eat late especially after drinking (it's Ibiza). So I recommend getting plates/cutlery early and eating something that doesn't need to be hot!

Spacious rooms, has a minibar and all amenities needed. We arrived very early and the person incharge was very nice and made a nice breakfast as per our needs(extra paid).. The room is walkable to the beach, market to buy basic needs like water etc.

Since they have the minibar, I would recommend either to provide water bottles or water in a kettle as small bottles provided with extra cost which ideally most hotels provide.

- Location was spacious. 8 min walking from the old town, variety of bars and restaurants, the port and taxi station; - Room was clean, facilities were great and comfy bed; - Staff were amazing! We were extremely lucky with Mihaela who helped us with all type of inquiries, and was always very smiley and friendly!!!
