We had a large dual aspect corner apartment overlooking the bay. Lovely balcony with a small dinning area and great views. Decent sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen - the latter with all the basics needed for eating in. Very comfortable beds. Great staff. Didn’t really use the pool, bar or restaurant as we were out and about exploring (you can run / walk to neighbouring beautiful sandy bays via the promenade / costal path), but all look OK. Very well located near to (10min walk) main beach / hub and 2min from little supermarket with everything needed. We would recommend to others and stay again without question. I liked the friendly, helpful staff in Reception, at the Pool and Restaurant. The superb cleaning staff and the views overlooking Puerto Rico Harbour and Beach. The Hiper Dino Supermarket opposite the Maracaibo Aparthotel. The Swimming Pool - Oscar was very polite and helpful. The Restaurant and Bar. Fresh towels and showers were very welcome to use before leaving for the Airport.

Beautiful spacious apartments over looking the coast and mountains! Very clean! Nice powerful shower. Nice pool area bar and restaurant. 24 hour reception! Staff very helpful! Particularly the owner who advised me on best way to get to certain places I wanted to visit on the island. Fast efficient Internet. Great location! It's about 7 mins from the beach and Marina. Main bus stop 10 mins away. A very safe place for asolo traveller! Will definitely return.

Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Nice heated pool, room on 3rd floor (3 and 4 floor have AC and a little nicer furniture), all needed available on hotel, all needed for cooking atc. Small grocery store just across the street from reception. Amazing that possible to enter the hotel from the “bottom street”. Comfy hotel at nice area. Pooland area nearby a little older but cleaned daily

Just one AC unit for all apartman, so bedroom quite hot as AC only at livingroom.

The view and location were really great. The staff was really nice and helpful. The water in the pool was warm. Kids preferred it to the beach. The hotel is really clean. Hotel restaurant offered good food. The thematic food evening were great. Nice big and comfy bed.

The rooms were much smaller than on the pictures. Especially one room was like a closet. The hotel looks a little bit tired and could use some renovation.

Ive stayed in the property several times, and this was the first time since the pandemic. This is a family owned premises, and as always, nothing is too much trouble. Every staff member is really quick to help with anything they can. Really nice sea view from the balconies, and the improvements to the pool area are excellent. Pool area always spotlessly clean. Bar area is very reasonable priced, and lifeguard is always on duty. Incredibly safe for children and also a nice playground area for them too.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, apartment was spotless - Pool area and Pool bar were lovely - fantastic location, close to everything and really liked the rear entrance as it brought you so close to the Marina without all the steps - I recommended the apartments to my brother and he also stayed and had a fantastic experience

The only thing I could think of was a little background music at the pool- not intrusive but the pool area could be very quite and I think more could be done to promote the pool bar and facilities - especially the food - while there were signs up for the evening meal it was not clear how to order, also I had family staying at a different hotel and they would have liked to join us for the barbeque but again not sure if this was allowed but certainly would have eaten more if I was sure of the process - the only real negative I had was lack of laundry facilities but I don't think it would deter me from staying again

The staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. We were also upgraded due to our room not being available. Considered ourselves very lucky. Great location - just under 10 mins from the beach, some great restaurants 5 mins further on and around the smaller harbour. Just under 15 mins to the main centre. Great for a week of winter sun.

The restaurant was lovely, I don't understand why it was always so quiet! The food at tapas night was delicious and so filling. The staff were friendly and helpful without ever feeling fake or pushy. The hotel was a 5-10 min walk to the beach

We had to buy separate towels for at the pool but it didn't bother me too much!

Excellent level of cleanliness, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, location, price, fantastic facilities (24 hour reception with water and snacks, pool with plenty of Sun loungers, bar/restaurant, shortcut down to the beach).

The hotel would benefit from some superficial upgrades, eg chipped shower head, paint peeling in the pool.
