Lots of space, great view, large balcony. Lovely pool deck.

Steps. Our apartment was at the bottom of lots and lots of steps. I thought we were going to have a heart attack dragging luggage and shopping up all those steps. Request an apartment on one of the upper levels.

Enormous terrace, sun beds, table and chairs on the terrace with a much needed parasol. Functional kitchenette, excellent WI-FI.

Not a problem for us as fairly fit and taxi was less than €5 a trip but be aware this accommodation is up a fairly steep hill, a local footpath down was 852 steps .... we counted. Don't let this put you off though as we enjoyed so much we are booking for 2024, taxis are everywhere.

Super clean. Location - close to the town, 15 min walking or 3 min by car. Parking. Quiet place. Nice swimming pool and its relaxing area. Facilities in the kitchen. Private terrace with chairs, sunbeds and umbrella.

Unfortunately the bar at the swimming pool was closed. Wanted a coffe while getting relaxed? Dress up and go to the town. Wanted a drink while getting relaxed? Dress up and go to the town. A bit uncomfortable.

The view is excellent as well the location is very convenient (shopping centre, mall and everything you need close by). The room is spacious and well equipped for everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed also we were able to communicate with them easily in English.

All good, no issues.

The view was amazing. Not too bad a walk to either the commercial centre or the beach. A lot of steps but easily done if fit and in good health. If not a cab is under €5 a way. The view was incredible and the place although dated was clean and lovely. Aircon worked so well.

No kettle in room

All apartments had a terrance/balcony with chairs and sun loungers. Pool area had lovely sun loungers and was over run with people so always a chance of getting a bed and a nice bar area too.

The property was up the hill so not advisable for those less mobile but for those you like a short trot into the main centre it’s great. Although plenty of taxis if you don’t want the walk back up!

The view was really great from our balcony. The Servatur JB is used by all nationalities so it was a great mix for us to try out our different languages, especially Spanish and German. The reception staff were very accommodating with all our questions.

Female receptionist who was working Wednesday day (22/05/24) was extremely nice. Was given free large bottle of water upon arrival was a nice gesture View was amazing. Fair price for the room. Quiet. Air conditioning made the stay 10x more comfortable, other hotels ive stayed at in gran canaria dont offer air con.

Nice view, friendly staff, nice and well equipped apartments with big terraces.

The location, it's 700 steps to climb from the beach/city centre and there are no restaurants or cafes close. There is a possibility to order drinks in the area around the pool but with very limited opening hours. Simehow we never saw that place being open.
