Loved the kitchen and the little messages with information around the apartment. I also loved the contactless check in and check out. The apartment is nice and it comes with a washer, dryer and a washing machine.

The bed is very hard, which was super uncomfortable. We didn't know prior to arriving, that smoking on the balcony is forbidden, which we should be made aware of before booking the apartment, because we would definitely have booked somwhere else.The kitchen could come better equipped (more salt, pepper and oil). The location isn't ideal.

The apartment is very well equipped, and the location is a good one, if you don't want to stay in the centre of Barcelona. I've lived in the city earlier, so I know which neighbourhoods are safe to stay at. The area of Collblanc and Badal is a lively area, with many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. It's also well connected to the airport by metro and to the centre by either metro or bus. The information given about the apartment is accurate and I really liked the small extras that the company provides guests with to feel more comfortable. I asked to be able to check-in earlier and I was messaged about 2 hours ahead of the official time, that I can move into the flat, for which I'm grateful. The building has a tiny elevator, which is great and even though it really is tiny, it's better than having none at all. Maximum 1 person and 1 suitcase can fit in, but it works!

For this part of the city, I find it a bit overpriced. The bed's mattress was very hard, even though I don't like soft mattresses, but this was way too much, All-in-all though, it is a great apartment, and I would stay there again.

А very small but cozy apartment, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail and has everything you need for life. We spent a week there and were very satisfied.

1) according to the policy of the service company, cleaning is required every 4 or 5 days. unfortunately, it is impossible to agree on the time of arrival of the cleaner, which is inconvenient if you do not leave for the whole day, but planned to be at home. it's good that they warn about cleaning at least a day in advance. 2) we lived on the 4th floor of the building, there is a bad drain in the bathroom sink.

If you consider staying in Numa Calid Apartments - I can sincerely recommend it to you. The apartment is very nice, with small balcony, bright bedroom, cosy living room and well equiped kitchen. Bathroom was clean and well designed. They took care of the design as well as details such as coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs, set of cosmetics (not only for one shower, but for whole stay!), even earplugs. I would definetely stay with them next time in Barcelona!

Please notice that there are 2 types of rooms. We choosed the one with balcony and it was the right choice. We saw the other one and it was pretty dark with barely no windows, so make sure you pick the right one. Also for some people noises from the street could be disturbing, however Barcelona is generally loud city. Also host gave us earplugs, which helped.

Loved the apartment. It was clean, fresh and had all the amenities one could possibly need. Really appreciate the quality of everything including the toiletries provided. The staff were reachable 24x7 (especially helpful since we checked in at 2 am and had some requests) and were very quick to support. The location of the apartment is very convenient with the Badal metro station close by, connecting to the popular sites like the Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, Barcelonetta, etc. All in all, excellent stay👌

Beautiful, clean apartments. Check in and check out was easy! Location - 5 min walking to metro station or bus. Plenty of restaurants near, quiet area. Apartment with everything you need. It is a great choice for a longer stay. There is a kitchen with Bosch appliances and dishes. (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob) There is also coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, cream and olive oil. Under the sink, you will find a package with tablets for the dishwasher, washing machine,... In the cupboard by the door you will find an iron, an ironing board and a dryer. So you don't have to look for a laundry service anywhere in the city. There is also TV. The bedroom has a wardrobe, a safe and plenty of clean towels. The bathroom has a Rowenta hair dryer, hand soap and cream, gel, shampoo and conditioner from REN CLEAN SKINCARE, so if you forget something at home, you will find everything here.

The location is a little bit away from the center, but it's fine. Around 10mins walk to the train station and 10-20mins you can arrive in the center city. Transfer is convenient. On the way to or back from train station, you can always buy stuff from supermarket. All the necessary items from daily usage, you can get for free from downstair cabinet (coffee capsule, bags , towels and so on)

The noise isolation is not so good. During the night, you can hear the motor outside. The bathroom is little bit small.

An apartment with everything you would need absolutely fabulous. Location altho further from the centre was very quiet.

Only down side was the walking distance to the centre, however we walked everywhere and seen much more of Barcelona that way. About and hour walk to the centre but then again walking was our choice.

The apartment was an excellent choice, it looks like in the pictures and has everything that's listed. Check-in and check-out were super easy processes, with clear instructions and digital friendly. We appreciated the attention to small details - like good quality bathroom products, the provided coffee capsules and teabags. Even tough the location is not in the city center, as clearly listed, it's in a nice lively neighborhood, with good connections for metro and bus. Just as a heads-up, the soundproofing of the entire block building isn't the best if you're a light sleeper like I am. But this problem should be solved with some ear-plugs :) Numa Team also does an awesome job in costumer service.

I liked the apartment very much, it is very modern, very clean, the bathroom is very clean with everything you need, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, good quality body cream. clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen. the apartment was in a not very nice area, but very well positioned with buses and metro nearby, very close to the camp nou stadium. the area is safe.

the quality-price ratio ibecause of the neighborhood where it is located, it smells very strongly of dog urine on the streets, you cannot go for walks in the area where it is located.
