This is a comfortable hotel, maybe 10 minutes from the train station and about the same from the start of the centre of town. I had a good sized room, the bed was comfortable, the shower was a good size and strength, and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very accommodating with my learner's Spanish - kind with my mistakes, and only going into English where it was clear I'd misunderstood.

They do that thing where you have to deposit your key with Reception every time you leave. Which is fine, I just hadn't expected it.

Wonderful, extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Super profesional and kind, a rare combination! 24 staff at desk, excellent parking about a 5 min walk away. 10 min walk from train station... Great buffet breakfast for $7..

The only thing I wish they had were mini-fridges in rooms but I knew they didn't have them before I arrived...

The room is large and the beds comfortable; we were very happy to find that there was air conditioning (Lleida is hot!) Good shower. We wanted to make herbal tea and there was no kettle, but the receptionist let us have a jug of boiling water; staff were all very friendly :-)

Hotel Nadal is very good hotel situated to the West of the city. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room I had was large and effectively a triple for a single person. Breakfasts are very reasonable and simple but enough for everyone, the coffees and juices were fresh not from a packet. The hotel is near the train station so that is nice and handy. There's a few cafes nearby, the rest of the city is easily walkable. A good place to stay in Lleida.

The paid for car park isn't really fit for purpose as the spaces are too small for modern cars - you'd wreck them! Hotel Nadal should review the current spaces and swap accordingly. There is plenty of parking around 5 minutes away however, it's unmonitored but free.

It was amazing and absolutely value for money! Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Loved the view from our room on level 7! Also, a shoutout to Vanessa from the reception department for her superb customer service.

Other than the wifi being a bit sketchy occasionally, everything was great.

The park for the car is extremely expensive. The city tax should be included in the price. We had to pay extra at the check in without previous warning.

Good location, 10 min from the train station, friendly staff, clean, simple but practical. They agreed also to prepare small breakfast (a croissant and coffee) for me at 6:30.

The beds are not very comfortable and the noise from the outside comes through, sound isolation is not the best

The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful! The room had a nice view to the castle. The hotel was clean.

It was noisy due to the traffic and also due to some guest.

There is nothing to say bad about this Hotel, ok maybe rooms a bit small but for the price its just perfect ! Clean room, AC working perfectly (outside 42 Celcius) and definitly friendly staff.

Only "bad" thing was the watter presure in the shower, i was on the 8th floor maybe thats why.
