Clean, large bathroom, comfortable beds with nice linens. Walkable to all sites. Cafes in front of the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Hotel was not that easy to find. On a non traffic street. Stairs to the reception desk then you can use the elevator to the room. You must carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to reception desk.. A/C not on due to season even though it was needed. You must leave your luggage at the hotel if you don't want to walk from the garage to the hotel with it. You must check in to find out where the paid parking garage is. Garage is not very close to the hotel and there should be a second person available to get down to open garage door for car to pass through.

Location was perfect! Staff was really friendly! We loved our stay here. Room is not luxurious but all is clean and comfy. We parked on the side of the big street and walked 2 streets to get to the hotel because it was bank holiday the parkings were free, but the hotel does offer a paid parking place as well.

Easy to access and very close by to the venue of the concert that i went to. Staff helped me out finding what to do before the event. the room was very neat and clean. They kept my bags for me before check in. Would love to stay here again.

That check in was until 3. I arrived by 11am. Check out was extremely easy cause I paid before arriving, but they were not sure about this so, we had to clarify to avoid double charging. This is between booking and the hotel, but the staff were incredibly nice to me.

Hotel Isasa far exceeded my expectations. Celestine was a wonderfully host. He answered all of my questions even though we struggled with one another’s language at times. Everything was clean and well cared for. The shared bathroom was expansive and hot water was plentiful.

The bathroom was huge, which was unnecessary, but which created a buffer between other rooms. They were good about my arriving early and leaving my bag for a few hours before my train.

There was construction next door throughout the day. It started at 8:30 AM and went till around 6. I know it’s not fair to rate a place poorly for something outside their control, but they could have warned me since it was extremely loud and therefore impossible to sit in the room.

Excellent hotel with room only, which was very central to all of the festivities of San Mateo. We had a lovely room with comfy beds, plenty of lovely hot water and towels. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend. B C

The staff here are extremely friendly and do not hesitate to help any guests at any point in time. Some do not speak English but the director of the hotel does. His name is Javier and he is the definition of what I expect when I think of quality service. The location of the hotel is also in the heart of the city, with everything super accessible combined with the vast amount of different shops, it almost seems like this place is too good to be true. If you ever visit Logroño, do not waste your money on other hotels as I do not believe that any other hotel can easily beat the experience I have had here.

One of the most exceptional stays I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. If you are going to this charming city in La Rioja, this is your hotel. Everything was top notch and just so easy! From the check-in, to the various information that we needed, to the room itself, to the amazing hotel staff. A well-deserved 10!

location was good as quite central. clean and all we needed for a good nights sleep - apart from the pillows - the bolster pillows are too hard.

the bolter pillows are too hard to use to sleep. please supply second pillows to use to sleep on that are softer. thanks

Everything was as required and advertised. In fact it deserves a higher star rating in our opinion. Fantastic stopover. Staff really helpful, parking nearby, secure, underground only 7€ Very, very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Easy walking access to cathedral and many tapas/pincho bars. Our first visit to Logrono and will definitely return- both to Logrono and the hotel. Couldn't fault it!
