Comfortable, clean, nice staff

Being told on arrival that I could not check in unless I had covid passport and that the whole City applied this rule so I would have nowhere to sleep in a freezing cold area with no where to go as I was only staying one night on route to ferry to UK. This “rule” was local to Logrono and I had no way of knowing that. This should be (a) advertised on accommodation details (b) informed to people who have requested a booking (c) not wait until someone arrives and it’s too late to find another location. However, the staff saw my plight and we resolved the situation, thankfully

We loved the large comfortable rooms. It was a great location next to the park as we travelled with two dogs. The breakfast was good too. The check in was easy and all staff spoke English, which was a big help to us. There was a great restaurant/cafe next door.

Our room was a little too warm. We travelled in a van and it was too tall for the cark park. This would have been useful to know when booking. However, the staff suggested alternative parking near by.

Very quiet room on Camino road

On arrival the staff were changing shifts and we as clients, very tired after a long walk had to wait for them. Several stuff in the room like towels glasses, etc, was only prepared for one person and we booked for two people long ago.

The hotel is really great. It is close to the motorway so it is perfect to have a relaxing night and travel further the next morning. Breakfast is a feast for the eye and pallet.

The only drawback of this hotel is parking. There is street parking if you can find a spot but as I was traveling with my disabled wife this is a real problem. There is not even a "drop off" area in front of the hotel and there is not one dedicated disabled parking spot in the whole street. The only solution I found is stopping the traffic and letting my wife out at the front door (I did hear a few beebs) and then went for a spot further down the road. I think the local authority lets the hotel down big time.

It was very helpful that the head Receptionist was able to speak English and explain where the car parking was as it was a little complicated although he also allowed me to practice my Spanish which was kind and thoughtful.

everything was good, there was nothing wrong and we were able to walk into the centre to look round and try the local Tapas, nothing to fault really?

Breakfast was ok unfortunately I I have a slight mobility problem. Although they advertised parking space it was a long way from the hotel. Fortunately I found street parking outside the hotel.

Good value for money.

Nice hotel, welcome and hrlpfull stuff, nice room, free car parking on the street, good breakfast, bery good restaurant near yhe hotel enternce, if you have a car, iys the hotel you want

A little bit gar grom the center (we had a car, don't know about public trnsportation)

Very clean, big bedrooms and not a bad price for late booking

It’s a little bit far from the center of Logroño but there is a bus line to move around the city and there’s supermarkets nearby

Location near the Camino out of Logrono but a bit far from historical centre.. Park and local area are pleasant.

We thought the breakfast was very good with a great choice. The orange juice was not the run of the mill. The hotel is well situated and a short walk ingot he centre. We did not use their fee car park and managed to find parking in the neighbourhood. We felt the hotel was good value for money
