Front desk workers were very helpful in advising neighborhood “centro de salud” location for a health problem.

Front desk was without personnel from at least 6:15 to 6:25. Another couple and ourselves wanted to pay and check out. The worker arrived saying there had been a problem on another floor. Fine. BUT a note should be left with a cell phone on the note to call for customers needing front desk service if the front desk worker has to leave the desk.

Great location, it's between "historic/tourist centre" & calle laurel, and other parts of the city with nice bars and cafes are also close by. Bus station is <10min walk. Room itself was really light, and I loved that bathroom had windows that could be opened - and those in bedroom, too, which is great to have a good night. Bed is very comfortable and there's enough space everywhere for your things. Room was very quiet as not facing the front of the hotel which is a main road. Overall some things were slightly dated, but some of it luckily so (such as having big windows that can be opened), but really good value for money and very clean. Also wonderful personnel.

air conditioning works well but it is very noisy, so if you're into sleeping with aircon at night this may not be for you. But to be honest it cools down so much during the night (due to dry heat) that with open windows you won't need it and it's much better without.

Very spacious room, very clean, friendly helpful staff on reception.

The bathroom needs a little renovation. Apart from being dated decoratively, the water spray from the shower hose ends up on the floor and the bottom of the bathroom door is 'rotting' as a result, with paint peeling. A quick fix on the shower would make all the difference.

Reception staff exceptional. The hotel and room spotlessly clean. The lounge area has such a calming relaxed atmosphere. The ambient music oozed class. Whoever chooses it should get a pay rise. Bed and bedding first class, like new. I use other hotel chains when not slumming it on the Camino but when back in England I'll certainly be looking at Mercure. Well done everyone.

Great room with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was super yummy, particularly recommend the scrambled eggs and fruit compote.

TV could have been bigger to reflect the size of the room and platforms like Netflix could have been installed on it.

Easy to find, short walk from lively nightlife, but far enough away to provide quiet night. good facilities around the hotel. Rooms more than adequate.

Would have preferred a double bed.

The room was well size, clean and with an excellent temperature at the moment of my arrival. The personnel was really nice and give me good advices. I arrived quite late, but they offer me the possibility to order room service for diner.

There were nothing I dislike. The only thing I can recommend to improve is to have an agreement with some parking as they have no parking in their installations.

Good location to tour the city. Not far from the Camino Trail. Great breakfast and available early so hikers could get started on their day.

A typical Business hotel with all facilities needed. Nice modern and spacious room and comfortable beds and cushions. Very good COVID measures in breakfast room.

As many big hotels the customer service is impersonal. The coffee from the self service machine was Nescafé and tasted terrible. But you can order a proper one too.
