The hotel was amazingly clean. We were there to see candle lit queen at the marina so location could not have been better. Parking outside was a bonus. Beach 2 minutes away or 5- 10 if you want to be the other side of the marina. Lovely long walk if you want to be in the centre of Los alcazares. Good choice of continental breakfast and replenished if required and early to late times available so ideal. Coldest fridge ever in a hotel I've ever stayed and complimentary water a nice touch.

Would be nice to have a hot breakfast but can appreciate why this is not available in a small hotel. Coffee in the room would have been nice

The location was great - it was on a quiet street but a stone's throw from the seafront and the bars and restaurants of Los Alcazares. Our room had a sea view and a small balcony with a couple of chairs but when we were staying it was too hot and we had the blinds down all day! The room itself was air conditioned and nicely decorated and we were supplied with a kettle after asking at reception. Breakfast was available at the hotel and was good value, including everything you would expect from a Continental style breakfast.

The entire hotel is immaculately clean. Reception and stairs light and bright. The helpful gentleman in reception is really pleasant and provides a warm welcome. Breakfast is well set out and all fresh produce with pleasant non intrusive staff. Lovely airy and spacious Our room on the first floor was large and clean with a couple of English channels on the TV . Nice bathroom with walk in shower . It’s very peaceful at night . Location to the beach and cafes is perfect - really close

Very little to say as we like the feel of the hotel, but the bed’s quite firm and the walls are very old fashioned wood chip .

This was our 3rd visit to Los Alcazares and to the Hotel Cristina and it will not be the last. Although at the southern end of the town the location is perfect for us. The beach is only a few metres away and a selection of good restaurants and bars 10/15 mins walk away. Breakfast is a cold buffet but with an excellent selection of foods - particularly fruit and cereals. Our room had the benefit of a sea view but from what we could see all the rooms are presented to a high standard. A bonus is the availability of a kettle with tea and coffee for that first hot drink of the morning and the hotel also boasts its own cafe/bar. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

We are not sure but we think their may have ben a change of owners/management since our last visit and a few of the public notices in the room and breakfast area are a little strident. I don't like the word "forbidden". Much better to ask guests "please do not" etc. Just me being a bit picky ! Having said that please see previous comment regarding staff.

Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good. The family atmosphere of the lovely family who run the hotel created a wonderful ambiance everyone was more than helpful. Would definitely return.

Nothing in terms of the hotel. There was a noisy sports team of teenagers on our floor for a day but otherwise very quiet the rest of our stay Outlook from hotel is over an old army base so don't expect a pretty view.

Reception was completed in a friendly efficient way. We requested a kettle for the room which was provided on a tray complete with cups, tea. coffee, sugar etc. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet with an excellent choice of food and beverages including a selection of fresh juices. There were no hot items for those who cannot live without an English breakfast but this was a minor blemish. The breakfast room was very well laid out in accordance with Covid requirements, as was the coffee bar, and hand sanitizer was provided in the reception area. Our room was well laid out and together with the en-suite bathroom was spotlessly clean and both were fully equipped to meet our needs. The small balcony was perfectly adequate with a table and 2 . The adjustable air conditioning was a bonus as was the small safe. The location towards the lower end of the resort made for a quiet stay and its nearness to the beach and promenade was very much a plus point. Restaurants and shops are only a 10min stroll away. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful

That we couldn't stay longer - this was our second visit and we hope that it will not be the last.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They provided us with beach towels, phoned taxis for us and provided us with recommendations. We told the staff we were staying for a special occasion and they provided us with a complimentary bottle of Cava, which was a really nice touch. Location was perfect for exploring the old town and right beside the beach. 10/10.

Like that I could see the sea and had a walk in shower and heating. Also that there was a tea and coffee and a kettle The room was big enough

The pillows were hard. Breakfast would of been better to have a cooked breakfast now and again as we went out for some as too much bread at hotel. There was a lot of noise like moving furniture late at night so kept us awake Last we had to boil kettle next to my husbands bed as there should have been more plugs to use as only had that one not good as wanted to make my tea on dressing table and also sit at dressing table to do my hair but no socket

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Could not be beaten, this is why we chose to come back here

I couldn't say there was anything I didn't like.... I understand perhaps, some people might prefer to be closer to "the square" where there are more bars and shops, but the quiet location in the old town was perfect for us.

We stay here a lot of times over the year, home from home, staff/owners are very welcoming, and professional.. great rooms super bathrooms , super clean everywhere , great breakfast too ! Well done all . 4**** from Paul n Wendy Sedgwick. See you again soon. xx
