Good location. Huge comfortable bed

I did not like that I had written to the hotel explaining that we were travelling with two dogs, and what breed and size they were. The hotel replied and did not say that this was a problem. When we arrived we were told that the policy was that only one dog was allowed per room. The dogs were allowed in the room, but we were made to feel as though that was a favour to us. I am sure the policy is no more than two dogs. The policy needs to be clarified, and if it is no more than two dogs, your staff need to know.

It’s convenient,clean, polite staff, perfect location when travelling from Santander to Murcia. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfy. Lovely restaurant next door where food is excellent or you have Burger King right behind. They welcome my dog!

It was quite noisy at 10.30 when I was drifting off to sleep and a large family or group of kids arrived. Running up and down corridor shouting and banging doors. My neighbouring room turned their tv on quite loud at this time also. Also price has increased at least 25% over last year.

Good location for an overnight stay when travelling through. Very clean and bright. Very warm and friendly staff. Room was of a good size. Bathroom had a large walk in shower.

The bed was a little unstable and moved a lot as we each turned during the night. Not secured to anything so even sitting on the bed with our backs to the wall moved the bed. Only one chair in the room so one of us had to sit on the bed. Noise from the breakfast room was intrusive and started from 0630-0700, it maybe quieter on upper floors (ours was ground floor).

The staff first class, Artaina was very helpful and breakfast very good. Comfy bed and shower room.

We arrived after a long drive to a very noisy group of school children, music on full blast and slamming doors. We complained to Artaina on the check in desk who did her best to sort the problem out. We would like an English channel on the TV. Would make it a better stay. we have stopped here many times over the years and will continue to do so.

Location and the fact that it said it had WiFi and it did work at a decent rate allowing you to use it as intended

The fact that the towels were put into bags encouraging you not to use them for “environmental purposes “ when in fact it was to save costs. Also I think when advertised as dog friendly there should not be extra charge for a one night stay The charge was only 12.50 euros but I feel it is not necessary

We were thrilled to find that this place had its own parking lot with plenty of parking. It also has two coffee/tea/chocolate machines that are free for guests to use. We stayed for the breakfast in the morning (8 euros each) and were happy with the selection of food and drink available. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay in Spain so far.

A bit loud

Very clean room. Comfortable bed. High class bathroom fittings. Great coffee machine for all day drinks. Coffee machine in room as well. Off street parking.

Very expensive restaurant which looks to be in hotel leased space adjoining reception. Limnited vegetarion options. Is a commercial area with no other restaurants except for Burger King next door.

It was fine, we had stayed they before.

The charge for our small dog had gone up to €18!!! The tapas bar was open again, service very slow and a lot of menu was out of stock!! So all in all, we would have to think very carefully before booking again.

The room was big, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was a great addition to the trip, not grande cuisine but good value and very decent.

The only thing was during the stay was 40 degrees in madrid during the day , over 30 during the nights. The AC was OK, but I would have preferred colder.

Room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

We had family room for 3 of us. The fold out extra bed base had sharp, exposed corners and we were very wary when we had to pass end of bed in case one of us caught our leg on the corner.
