The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was and private bathroom were compact and comfortable. The location is fantastic and the price is very good for such a great location, which is why we chose to stay there. We enjoy staying in accommodations like this because you experience more of the local culture and hospitality of Madrilenos.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. The owners and staff are friendly and hospitable. We would stay here again.

Very central location. Basic but more than adequate accommodation. Had reasearched in advance so knew what to expect. Helpful staff even if english was limited. 24 hour reception too. Room service offered every day. Small double room with comfortable bed and ensuite. Air conditioning was Ideal. Perfect for a short stay or for solo travellers. Great value for money if travelling on a budget Would recommend for a short stay but might not suit everyone especially couples but from what I seen in the property there appeared to be larger rooms also. Would return to Madrid but at a different time of year, 38 plus degrees was hard work. Overall thouugh a thoroughly enjoyable break.

Only one wall socket in the room which I already had read about. So if travelling with a few rechargeable devices a power pack is a must. Bit of a distance from the train station if planning to maybe explore outside of Madrid....

The room was small but perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated, not like the picture shows. It was clean. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. But a subway station was just a few steps away. Lots of bars and restaurants all around. Located on a delightful tree lined street full of stores and bars in a car free zone. The rooms are on the fifth floor.

Perfect location in the heart of Madrid, by foot or by metro you can get anywhere. Full option to eat around. Silence is an additional value. Plus the old building - you can feel the vintage vibes.

There is no kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee (but you can ask the receptionist for it :).

The location was priceless. Super close to all that Madrid has to offer in relation to attractions such as the palace, the Madrid cathedral, shops, restaurants, and more!

No real issue, except the bathroom was small including tight shower area. The walls were thin(which was in a review prior to booking). There was a baby crying the first night in the room next door, but we managed. It was okay as that is apart of life when you have little ones.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was very clean and was well maintained. It was cool being on the 5th floor and having a view down to the street below. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see from the nice location near the plaza mayor. We highly recommend staying here.

The safe costs 1 euro each time to open it. We didnt use it due to that. But honestly the property is very safe and secure and the staff at the desk always has an eye on the room key when you are out so the safe isn't really necessary to use.

The location is amazing,in the center of the city. The room was very good, it had a view in the street and everything was clean. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of silence. The staff was kind .

There was humidity in the room. Also there was no little fridge and we would like to have one chair more.

Location is excellent , close to Opera and Sol metro stations. 450 metres from Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Rooms really clean and tidy. Lifts work so no need to find the energy to walk up to the top floor

Not that many plug sockets in the room and a double plug adaptor provided wouldn't fit two plugs in. Hanging space was very limited but enough hangers provided

The location was perfect and the bed comfortable.

There is no sitting area so you either need to be in your room or out at a cafe. Not a big problem.

- Location is excellent, just minutes from Sol - Very clean rooms. Note that these are basic, non-fuss rooms so book with the right expectations. - A/C works very well - Comfortable rooms (small bathroom if that's a concern)
