The location was very convenient. Short walk to Gran Via and the stores and buses as well as the Plazas and the Metro. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean as were the beds. Loved the shuttered doors to mini balcony.

The elevator, which needed a room card to activate, was very temperamental. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Another thing that we noticed in European hotels in general were sparse counter spaces in the bathrooms and nowhere to get ice or drinks. While the WiFi was adequate, the TV was just OK.

War broke out in my country and I couldn't return, I had to find somewhere to stay for the night and I found this nice hotel (though expensive) close to my previous accommodation. Luckily they had a free room when I arrived in the morning and they the lovely girl at the front desk let me check in at 11:30 a.m. She made sure I was ok and offered help, which I really appreciated. The room was lovely and very comfortable, a bit small but it was just me alone so it was perfect.

Hotel was right in the middle of Madrid and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Lovely well equipped rooms, lovely decor and super clean. Staff were extremely helpful and were always on hand should you need them. Breakfast had a great variety so something for everyone. Super modern bathroom with walk in shower and well equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries.Would 100% stay there again and would recommend this hotel to all

Only 1 tiny niggle was in my room the air con was more in the little area you walked into when you entered the room and not in the main area of the sleeping area

Very nice boutique type hotel-super clean, modern, convenient; the hotel workers were always pleasant and helpful. Travelling with kids the safety features were important for us and the hotel provided it. Thank you! Also, there were a grocery store and the laundromat within 1 min walking from the hotel and we really appreciated this perk (travelling with carry-on luggage in Europe). Will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family!

The hotel is in a great location by the Opera House and Palace. It is easy to get from here by metro to the airport or museums. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

The only complaint, was that the room was a little small for 2 people. We have stayed here before and our rooms have always been larger. I realize that all the rooms are different, but it was a little tight.

Excellent location for sightseeing in Central Madrid, with all the main tourist sites (including the Palacio Real and the Prado) in easy walking distance. The breakfast selection was extremely good, especially the cakes! The room had a very comfortable bed and all the usual amenities, including extra blankets which were very welcome in winter temperatures. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room's decor (grey walls, black furniture and hard floor without any carpet/mats) meant that it did not feel like a cosy and welcoming space in almost freezing winter temperatures at the end of November.

A beautiful hotel with every need catered for. I felt pampered with the comfortable bed spacious room and wonderful shower. The staff were lovely. In a very convenient location close to the old city and not far from Prado museum, Atocha station and the Cibeles fountain where the airport buses leave from. The hotel was in the middle of everything but was very quiet for sleeping.

Room had everything I needed but a bit on the smaller side. Staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is fantastic! you have everything you need around the corner and lots of things to visit

The view (or lack of it) was disappointing as all I could see from my window was another window and didn't had much light and felt I couldn't open the blinds for fear of the neighbour looking in. Room was also a bit on the small side (though i did book a single room)

Very enjoyable stay. Would have liked a mirror within the main bedroom over the desk. This is particularly useful when bathroom is occupied. Also the lighting in the bathroom in the mirror wasn't very good for putting on make up. Shadows!

Great central location (restaurants, cafes, shops near by, as well as metro/train stations), hospitable friendly staff, clean bright quiet room, sensible interior design

Things were great except for (1) Fridge inside the closet which had heat build up, and (2) somewhat compact bathroom/sink area (for me, it was ok, but for big sized adult people, it could be a bit tight?)
