Location is great,restaurant is good.

The front desk staff, one of the ladies was trying to make me pay a fee for not using a taxi I requested to go to the airport,i had some unexpexpected flight changes,so,I decided to wait half an hour more than the hour expected to take the taxi, but the taxi driver did not want to understand my point then, he wanted to leave but not without asking the front desk lady to charge me a penalty fee for that, which I refused to pay because I never had a contract with anybody. For me requesting the front desk to getting a taxi for me at next day to go to the airport is a courtesy favor and it shouldn't be seen as an obligation ,so ,I hate that policy,NOT FAIR AT ALL, bad for customers.

The rooms were spacious, clean, really nice beds and pillows and the breakfast was fantastic, always enough food with fresh REAL orange juice and eggs made to your desire, for sure one of the best breakfasts I had in Europe. Even though not in the center, with a bus ( two minute walk to the bus station) you could get downtown in about 15 minutes without any trouble both during the day and evening. Would easily choose this hotel again!

everything went fine, nothing to complain about

Very clean, really comfy beds and the hotel staff was really nice. We also liked the location, only 15 mins from the airport by taxi and 7 mins away from the nearest metro station. We stayed there because we were seeing a concert at the WiZink Center and it took us about 20 mins to get there by foot. It felt like a nice and safe neighbourhood :)

Not a massive issue, but there was no kettle/coffee machine, iron, sewing kit (the usual stuff you'd expect from a 4* hotel). Also the pillows were quite firm, but again not a massive issue, just something that could be improved :)

The Staff at this hotel where friendly and professional. Room service was fast and the food arrived hot. The Barthroom is massive and clean with a selection of toiletries and good quality towels. Its location within a 2 minute walk to the Metro station makes it a great place to stay and explore the city without the premium cost of stayng in the centre of Madrid.

The only negative I have about this hotel, is that the Air Conditioning didn't go as low as I would have liked. But that's a personal preference rather than a problem.

Perfect location for accessing city center and most of the objectives. Good breakfast, a lot to choose from. Bad thing: in the first night someone entered our room. Lucky for us we were still awake and almost decent. We found out there was a system issue and the receptionist gave our room to another person, though i find it hard to believe, you need the system working in order to program the key, right? And what made the incident even more wonderful is that i had to call the reception to explain what happened, i was able to hear the other customer in the reception arrea. I still wonder if i wasn't going to call them, would they call our room to apologize?! (Wrote this here as well to be sure what i did not like won't be missed when posting) PS: we slept with our door blocked with a chair for the rest of our stay, no second tresspasser appeared

This is probably one of our worst experiences. At midnight in the first night someone entered our room. Lucky for us we were still awake and almost decent. We found out there was a system issue and the receptionist gave our room to another person, though i find it hard to believe, you need the system working in order to program the key, right? Amazing bathroom, breakfast, staff, location, very easy access to subway and transportation in general, quiet room and walls good isolated.

Very weak wifi connection, shaking elevator, no toilet brush, no possibility to open a window, no slippers, no robes, no glass in the room or bathroom available, water was coming out of the fridge, no possibility of any kind of view, due to a wall right in front of our whole window. I am so sorry, but for a 4 🌟 hotel we paid too much for 3 nights and there was so much missing. We encountered better in a 2 or 3 🌟 hotels.

The breakfast was good and the room was ok in size and comfort. The desk staff were helpful when they weren't busy with others.

This was a very large hotel with conferences going on and it was not very close to the city center. It took quite a bit to get close to restaurants and sites. It's not the hotel's fault - I should've checked that closer. Also - the breakfast was a bit expensive and says you can order "eggs your way" but I never saw anyone taking orders or offering to make anything different than what was set out.

The room was being cleaned everyday. The bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet. There was a big screen flat TV at a very convenient place in the room. There was air conditioning 24/7. The hotel is right next to multiple bus stations and a metro station.

The TV was a smart TV, but it was locked and we couldn't log in to our Netflix account or anything. The TV channels were all in Spanish, so as tourists who don't speak the language, we couldn't actually watch anything on the TV, so it was pretty useless.

location was good in good quiet neighborhood, close to the Metro.

In the breakfast to put more attention: - the breads you put are from very good quality but not fןt for toaster. So either you put more types of breads fit for toaster or do not put toaster. - If you offer kinds of cereals put bowls to eat with them. - In the coffee machine make sure the chocolate is not just water in brown colure. But generally breakfast was very good , and everybody can find something he likes.
