I liked that the bathroom was separate from the sleeping area and everything felt more private that way…

I’ve stayed at many hostels and they always give you a key or a lock for the locker your bed has assigned… this was not the case! I can’t believe you have to buy your own. I arrived super late and couldn’t buy one, so I had to rent a locker for extra money that wasn’t in my room… they do not specify that important piece of information anywhere and people should know before booking, I think I would have selected another place knowing this…

Me and my friend stayed in 6-bed female dorm. It was her first and my third time staying in a hostel. To be honest, it was great. Great comfort beds, privacy with curtains, little shelves, possibility to lock your drawer and it fit the whole luggage. Yes, the furniture is a bit outdated, but that’s a small thing. It was nice to have shower and toilet in the room and that it was seperated with additional door. It was quite quiet but I also used night earplugs. Location was great, very central.

In our room hairdryer did not work so we had to go after a working one to the reception. It got a bit hot during the night when the room was full, so someone had to open the window.

Very clean. We had our own cubicle space in our bed so there was a lot of privacy. The hostel also had its fun room and it was so close to the center. It was quiet and as a female solo traveller I will be returning again as I had a very pleasant experience. Just make sure to bring your own locker for your stuff or if not, you can buy one just downstairs.

The fact that they don’t have a big storage room for very big luggage but it wasn’t a problem for me personally as I was travelling with a back pack and even a small/medium luggage could fit in the lockers downstairs comfortably.

The location was amazing, could not be more central, super close to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. The staff was really nice, and gave us great recommendations of places to go for tapas. The beds were comfortable, each had a light and an outlet, as well as a drawer that could be locked. The bathroom was cleaned every day. Also, the shower, sinks and toilet were separated in different compartments, which is really useful in a room with 8 people. The common area downstairs was also really nice, and the hostel had an overall great environment.

The beds did not have curtains, so there was not much privacy while sleeping. The top beds in the bunks did not have a bar or another protection from falling. Also, the beds made a lot of noise when someone moved or when someone was going up or down the bunk stairs, so I often woke up during the night. One of our duvets had a hole and a band-aid on it (apart from this, the rest of our bed sheets were perfectly clean, and the room was spotless). The window blinds did not fully cover the outside light.

Very good and clean hostel. The location is perfect and directly in the centre of Madrid, very close to most tourist attractions. I shared a room with 7 other women in an all-female-dorm and felt very comfortable. Each bed has its own drawer, big enough to put all of your luggage inside. You can also put a lock on the drawer! The shower and toilet are in seperate little rooms inside the dorm, the sink in the little hall of the dorm, so your dorm-neighbours can get ready while you're showering etc. The lobby is spacious, there are computers (which I personally didn't use) and lots of sitting areas. You can also eat breakfast there, if you didn't book it you can buy it there. There are two menus and various food options and facilities, including a toaster. The Wifi worked well and the staff was really nice. After check-out, I kept my luggage in the locker in the basement, which I paid 4€ for. This way I could still enjoy a bit of Madrid until my flight in the evening. Overall, excellent hostel with great vegan restaurants in the area, supermarkets and sightseeing attractions. When I go to Madrid again, I will definitely come to this hostel again. Thank you!

The hallways could be a bit cleaner, but I didn't mind :) No complains!

Lots of really good common area space, comfortable and modern dorm. Decent wifi. Good personal power socket to charge your things, with a switch to control your bed light and also the room light. Everything was very clean!

I was surprised that there were no curtains/privacy screens despite the dorm being so modern. There is some cover where your head is but that's it. Also for top bunks there's no barrier to stop you from falling over, and the top bunk is higher than a usual bunk bed. Additionally my room card continually stopped working every day despite me clearly stating my check out day and time...it became rather annoying

Lo siento, voy a escribir en ingles. All the things are very good, but one day someone put my towel on the floor, I don't know if it's the cleaners or no. And I hope you can add a rule about the towels, cuz in my room, at one day, there were only 4 people but there were like 7 towels and it's not good for hygiene. But in general, it's a very good hostel, the people are friendly, bed is comfortable, and the location is perfect, very close to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and metro stations.

The hostel is in the center close to Puerte de Sol or Plaza Mayor. In the room each bed has a shelf, lamp and a socket for charging. Beds are very spacious. There is a big locker under the bed. The bathroom in the room is nice and clean. There is a common room and a kitchen with a microwave and an oven. The hostel offers evening program (beer pong and pub crawl). Hostel staff are nice and helpful.

There are no curtains for privacy on the beds. The evening program could be changing from time to time.

The location was perfect !! The room was clean and each bed has a socket and its own light aswell as a very spacious drawer which can be locked to store your luggage There also was a buffet breakfast option for €7 which was ok but if I stayed again I would probably go out for breakfast instead but I defo will stay again !

The only issue was one of the windows didn’t close properly and as the location is so central which is obviously good but it meant late at night and all through the night actually it was noisy
