Excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had in a hotel. It was interesting with nuances, tasty, savory, choices of fruits, eggs, "iberico ham" and lots more. The staff was engaging friendly, and very helpful. Jose Luis and Alba made us feel special. So did the rest of them. The place is well design, great location. Well as soon as they finish construction on the tube. Atocha train station. Another thing the rooftop breakfast, wow. We will stay there over and over on our trips to Madrid.

One litle thing. Wash out for the night lamp. you can hit your head as you reach for thigs on the night stand.

I appreciated the very good services from the reception. Especially the lovely girl Dona and the wonderful guy who help with luggage. Overall experience good.

The ONLY flaw was the women working on the breakfast area, making omelette. I don’t understand why her attitude was not good at all. Interrupt me when I order my omelette. Giving me and my companion this spying cold look when we leaving the breakfast area. And even worse, I saw her greeting other guests when they leave. Is that about race or something? I can’t imagine. Hope this wonderful hotel can teach her how to treat guests without bias or Preferences.

A very nice stay in a nice hotel. Location is very good, close to the metro and to Retiro park. 10-15 minutes a way from Madrid's center. The staff at the lobby were very nice and welcoming. A great and spacious underground parking which is included in the room price. We had a big van (2m height) and we were able to enter and exit without any problems. Free coffee, water and sweets at the lobby.

Room's price is fair, but everything else is very expensive. We ordered a chocolate cake, for 10 or 8 euros, and it was a tiny slice. My friend thought about a cutting his beard at the on premise barbershop and the price was ridiculous - 30 euros. Eventually he went to a barbershop in center of Madrid, and they asked for 10 euros. In our room, the mirror was located behind the television (in its extended form), so if I wanted to use the mirror while my friend watching TV, I had to bend and go under the TV. Of course, one time I hit my head.

our family really enjoyed this hotel. we booked for our last night in Madrid, arriving from Granada by train and knowing we had an early flight next morning to states. it was fabulous to walk to hotel in minutes. Lobby is cool modern and inviting. employees are warm, polite and helpful. rooms were clean modern- comfortable bed, excellent shower and vanity with lights in room is great make up table. there’s restaurant in hotel which where we ate given early flight. felt like a full day in Madrid due to convenient location. and taxis right outside so easy transport to airport

bedrooms are small and tight we couldn’t get table outside for dinner or enjoy cocktail outside without reservation. food was fine but a bit expensive for what we had.

The location was excellent, we stayed 4 days, we didn't use any transportation vehicle, we just walked. The hotel is next to the Atocha main train station. Staff was very helpful, they provided us with anything we needed as soon as we requested. The breakfasts were unforgettable, they provide international food suitable for different tastes. Variety of cheese and pastries were very attractive. They have their owned brand extra extra virgin olive oil which was extraordinary. The lady who cooked omelettes in the breakfasts as per your requests was very friendly.

The weather was very hot, they might leave sheets instead of blankets in the rooms, but they brought immediately.

The restaurant personal on the 7th floor, very attentive, kind and profesional, specially Simeon and Edurd. Excellent people.

When I went down for the check out there was not any intention to give me a bill for my stay. They argued that it should be provided by Booking.com. I was almost out of the hotel but I came back insisting on having my invoice and finally I got it without stamp and/or signature. I told them they asked me upon arrival for my credit card as a garanty of payment. I have never seen that before with any booking.com case. I did not like it.

Great location, great service. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk if very friendly and helpful!. Also, their room service burger was a surprise! Very good and well made! (Perfect medium, with very nice potato chips on the side).

The coffee shop in the hotel.was charging extra money for my coffee a couple of days. Apparently, there is a different price whether if you sit down at the bar, or take-away your coffee. Eventually one of the batista told me that information (it is not written anywhere the 2nd price for takeaway), and only she was fair with me. It is not a big amount of money, but still, it is unfortunate that how majority of the batista there treat their guests I stayed for a week and bought coffee every morning ,(only that one batista was fair with me, unfortunately I do not remember her name).

Room was great, also the staff, we choose this location to stay close to Atocha train station that is just across the street. The room was very spacious with all the amenities. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. If you like to walk you are within walking distance of Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, also close to Barrio Las Letras with plenty of restaurants and nightlife, if you don’t like to walk just step out of the hotel and within a few steps you have the metro stop. The staff was very helpful, kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again without thinking it twice.

Breakfast is a little bit pricey for Madrid, in my opinion it should be included with the room.

The location close to art museums and to train station. The vibrant atmosphere of the place, the lobby always humming. The staff could not have been nicer—everyone! The restaurant was a marvelous convenience in the evening given the paucity of restaurants around the hotel

The breakfast staff were wonderful like everyone else in this hotel but the set up of the food was confusing. Even after seven days I was a bit lost

-The staff was probably one of the nicest and helpful you would find in Madrid, that alone will bring me back -The location is near Atocha Train Station. -The room size was adequate -The bed was big and comfortable. -The bathroom had all that you needed. -The breakfast has a lot of variety, especially for Vegans, and it was at the roof so it had an amazing view of the city. -Parking had a car charging station which was free to use if you pay for the parking.

-The parking was a bit expensive, but I guess that is nornal around these areas.
