This hotel is located in a quiet part of the city but very close (100m) to the metro line 5 that takes to Callao and Gran Via, which is very convenient. We loved to stay in this "less touristy" area and enjoy bars and restaurants full of locals. The breakfast had lots of options and the room was very comfortable and full of small details that made the stay very enjoyable. The staff was 10/10.

There was nothing we didn't particularly like. The only comment is that while we really enjoyed the fact there was a coffee/tea machine available for guests at all times in reception as we like a hot beverage before bed time, at breakfast time the coffee machine felt a bit slow to prepare the drinks and they would only make small beverages so it would take time to get your drink ready to start enjoying the meal, particularly in peak times.

I liked the breakfast with high-quality, delicious foods. We probably ate too much because it was so good. Jenny was very friendly and helpful managing the breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkout was super easy. We felt safe and secure.

Room 114 had some loud noises that we could hear from outside the room like a laundry or motor running. The bed was not as soft as I prefer. I checked in online using my driver's license, but that was not acceptable when we arrived, so we had to provide our passports.

Breakfast was awesome, diversified to accommodate most tastes and diets. Very close to the metro station. I was impressed that the general manager stopped by during breakfast to ask about our stay. Was my first time experiencing that.

I had to ask 5 times for slippers and only got them the second day as they were all out. At a 4-star hotel, they should be available by default. Although there was no noise from outside (I requested a room with a view on the back of the hotel), everything else that will happen inside the hotel, you will hear. Including TVs, people doing adult activities, people passing on the hallway, talking, knocking on doors, slamming them, and so on. A small suggestion: move the liquid soap bottle to wash hands closer to the sink or provide a soap bar. Being stuck on the wall 1 m away from the sink, it's not helpful. I doubt there are that many people who can afford to pay a 4-star hotel but would try to steal liquid soap...

The breakfast was included and the spread was quite good. The location is quite close to the metro station and that is definitely a plus. The staff has been very helpful. I forgot my Kindle device in the room. The staff promptly confirmed it to me when I called from the airport. They kept the device carefully in their custody and were very kind to hand it over to my friend after about a week.

It would've been great if the food items in the buffet spread had labels in English

Great place to stay. Big spacious room with clean good size bathroom. Big selection of breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff and the owner personally walking around and speaking to guests, asking for any special requests. Hotel located just 2 min walk from line 5 green metro station and you can get almost everywhere from there to all main Madrid’s attractions. There is no restaurant or bar at the property but there is plenty of them around.

We arrived a bit early, but were accommodated for early check-in without fuss. The breakfast was very diverse and gave plenty of choice The room, bathroom were very clean, and had all the required amenities. Though what was a bit annoying is that the bottles of soap/shampoo etc have pump handles so small that half the quantity just dribbles on the side instead of being in the palm! The staff were extremely kind and Jennifer even prepared fresh chicken for my husband who didn't eat pork.

Nothing to criticise. The room we got was on the first floor which meant looking out of the window we saw inside someone else's house, but these can not be controlled!

We really liked the location, we had a family room, the beds were good size and comfy, Many pillows to chose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and we had good rest! The breakfast was great, plenty of choice to taste! There was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room, plus water, which was nice! Also 24h free coffee at the reception, which we thought was also nice.

We stayed one night, and i do not have any negative comments, the room furniture is a bit dated, although would prefer more modern design it was total value for money and very clean!

Superbly comfortable, clean and friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful — a staff member (Elena) even lent us a metro card to make it easier and cheaper for us to take the metro. The breakfast is plentiful in selection and the quality of the food was awesome. The location is outside of the center but steps away from the metro, 15 minute train ride to Gran Via, and 15 minute cab ride to the airport. This is a great hotel, especially for the price. The family room was very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is just a block away from Ciudad Lineal metro station and grocery shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is very spacious with a big, comfortable bed. Having a small fridge was a plus. The bathroom is very spacious with all toiletries. Breakfast was very good, offering an array of food from hot items to fruits, sweet pastries and cereals, yougurts and nuts. A coffee machine was available in the lobby 24/7 for the guests to use. The staff was very friendly.
