A lot of thought and consideration goes into making guests feel welcome at this hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower/bathroom first class. I read some comments before I booked about the location/being a little far out. I think this is an advantage as it’s a quiet area, a quick 5 minute walk to the Metro and from there it doesn’t take long to get into the centre of Madrid. The hotel provides a hearty breakfast to get your day off to a good start.

The taps in the basin didn’t seem to provide warm/hot water but this didn’t take away from what is a very pleasant place to stay.

Room is quite comfortable. I liked the bed and especially the pillows. Shower room is spacious and contains all necessary things, for example, hair conditioner. There is a fridge in the hall with free drinks and a coffee machine. The staff easily solved the request about early check-in.

If you are a tourist, it is a bit far from the city center and attractions. We were ready for this and solved the problem by using taxi / metro.

Cleanliness, friendly staff , facilities are great , free snacks and drinks , family friendly

It's 15 to 25 min to Gran Via by car it costs 9- 15 Euro for one way depends on the time , ordering taxis taking some time specially for a group . Bus station is nearby but it takes 42 min to Gran via , no train station nearby it is 1km+ from the hotel and u have to change the train , considering the cold weather it was Difficult to use it with a family. Just keep it in mind and consider it on your travel budget

The room and common spaces in the hotel are very clean. The staff at the reception are very kind and attentive to your wishes. Good breakfast, with cold meats, cheeses, eggs - on request, tarts and pastry, fresh fruit. Near the breakfast room, there is an area with juices, water, coffee, tea, pastry, salads, and wines (very good) – no fees.

Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own restaurant. The breakfast service schedule on weekends is from 8 o'clock, this means that for those who have a flight in the morning until 10 o'clock, breakfast becomes unavailable. You can ask the reception to prepare a kind of "picnic" for you, but it does not compare to the breakfast offered in the hotel, and the bottled juice has a metal cap that cannot be opened by hand - so you cannot use it if you do not have a tool suitable. The room had a window that opened to a space between the walls, which is why it was darker. Very tight underground parking space - surcharge.

The hotel provides excellent service towards its customers, A wide choice of food for breakfast. Our room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a very powerful walk in shower. An interesting food supplement was offered in the evening with free wine and nut nibbles, Coffee and flavoured teas were also provided. FREE OF CHARGE. I have been staying in different hotels in the past and I have never experienced anything like this. I will surely book again if in Madrid. The bus stop to the centre is just opposite the entrance with various stops to underground stations. When in Spain I will surely book with this company.

Nothing to criticise.

All of the staff were very friendly, from reception to cleaning team. Everywhere was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was large and clean with two shower head options. Loved the rain shower option! We loved the unique feature of The Green which was a drink and food station open 24 hours so we were able to get a coffee or drink with sandwich or snack at anytime of the day. It was a lovely comfy area to sit in.

The rooms were spacious and perfect. All hotel was clean and beautiful. The free snack bar was something amazing. All staff and managers were polite and friendly.

There is noise from other rooms and service elevators (early in the morning) and there were some constructions on the roof and it was very noisy. If you can choose room i advice to choose room on 3 or 4 floor. However the staff managed to solve the issues quickly.

The hotel offers everything one would need and more. The breakfast was excellent with a possibility to order custom made eggs. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is AMAZING. They have extra large shower heads and it felt like I was in the middle of Amazon rain. There is also a fridge next to the reception, where one can just grab a bite or something to drink on the nice little terrace.

There was nothing special that I didn't like. Everything was great.

Raquel and Ana get my best customer service award . My first two nights I had an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor straight rude. I went to the front desk and they said they would call the guest and ask them to quiet down it didn't work. They were very apologetic and got me a quieter upgraded room . I loved the all-day beverages ,yummy salads and sandwiches. They even offered wine and beer at no cost I absolutely loved the coffee machine. The hotel was clean and quiet even though it was consistently busy.

Noisy upstairs neighbors!

This ARTIEM is much better than many 4 stars hotels I have been! The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious, the staff is super SUPER friendly and lovely and so attentive to the customers' needs. Highly detail-oriented and welcoming. Plus, The Green, their lounge/bar is perfect for remote work or meeting up with colleagues and/or potential clients. I haven't tried it but they also have a gym in the hotel. Everything was spotless clean and so oriented to sustainability, but without making you feel anything was missing or sacrificed. I will definitely come back here!

Location-wise may be not the best if you wanna go places walking, but public transport are easily accessible and uber were always less than 2 minutes away. Price-wise was a bit higher compared to other similar accommodations in the same area, but only because I booked very close to my travel date. When I was checking a few weeks in advance the price was pretty good!
