Location was just Superb and it cannot be better. Most of the important places are in walking distance. No dearth of good restaurants around. The Triple Room was quite large with Great views of the Canalejas Square. The room was cleaned up every day and was neat and tidy.

Breakfast. Spread was ok but food was not very tasty.

Excellent location. A short stroll to Plaza Sol or Gran Via or anywhere in the Madrid centre. Great café/bar/restaurant practically next door. All the shopping you could possibly require in nearby streets. Great location but a bit noisy at night. Very clean room and bathroom. Return here again? Definitely!! The buzz in this area is so worth it. Lots of little bars around here. Staff were super helpful.

Hotel is in a great location for Sol so lots of shops and restaurants. Had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the street which was great, perhaps rooms on lower floors could suffer from street noise as it seemed to be continuously busy down there . Good selection at breakfast: cold cuts, cheese, fruits, sausage bacon - every taste catered for .

Everything was great. Rooms a little small but definitely adequate and quite normal for a city centre hotel in this price range.I travel in the middle east a lot so miss the shattaf but its normal for European hotels not to have then but there was a bidet.

We had such a wonderful long weekend stay here. The staff were fabulous and even printed our boarding passes off for us on the way home! They were so attentive to us and super helpful whenever we needed it. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were big and spacious. Perfect central location!

The location is the best! You are in the middle of Madrid, next to all touristic places. We had a triple corner room, with great view of the beautiful surrounding buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if visiting Madrid.

The bathroom could use a little update.

After reading countless reviews about the size of the room to the quality of the breakfast we chose to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. We were not disappointed. We had a great stay…… Walking out the hotel and being in the center of everything!!!

The hotel is in a great location infront of four seasons and jw marriot and its price is amazing . The room is very nice but they do not have a boiler or coffee nor free water but carrefour is a walking distance and starbucks

The location is amazing! Right in the centre of everything with most sights within short walking distance and Sevilla metro less than a block away. The room was spacious by European standards and we had great views of the city from multiple balconies. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very good value for money to be in the centre of it all!

Good Location. Room was large and clean.

Air con wasn’t very good so room was very warm. Water was very slow to drain when using shower, causing bath to fill up.

Location was fantastic for public transport, museums, park, bars and restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful, check-in was quick and easy. Housekeeping very flexible.

Tea and coffee making facilities are not provided in the room. However you can ask reception for kettle etc which was provided immediately. Bathroom door does not provide adequate level of privacy.
