Friendly and helpfully staff, Nice and clean hotel. Very good Spanish breakfast (I loved the veggie and the coffee). I recommend this hotel before to start your holiday.

You have to phone to the hotel to be picked up from the airport. They knew when we were arriving but, they didn't send a shuttle to pick us up. I paid 20 euros to a taxi to go there.

Lovely quiet hotel very close to the airport although it is not on the metro line that goes to the airport so a taxi was required at a cost of €25 to get to the hotel. Free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport at 6.30am was great. Nice quiet, dark and air conditioned room. Large and comfy bed. Reasonably priced mini bar. Pool was nice and quiet, plenty of supermarkets and small restaurants nearby and only 35 mins on the metro into the centre of Madrid.

The bar only opened at 6.30pm. It would have been nice to know before arrival if there was a shuttle service available FROM the airport as well (I didn't bother asking).

They had free shuttle to and from airport, so we could drop our car off the night before we flew home. Walking distance to a few good restaurants. The front desk person was very helpful.

Madrid had a huge storm when we were there and the roads flooded, and so did the lobby of the hotel. However, the hotel personnel were on top of cleaning it up even as the flooding was still happening. It was amazing how well they handled the problem and all the while were still giving good service to their guests. Shuttle took quite a while, but that's because roads were closed due to flooding and traffic was crazy.

The shuttle service from Madrid Airport and returning the next morning was extremely well organised, comfortable and driving was excellent on both trips. The hotel was great. Close to the airport terminals but no outside noise at all. The room well better than expected and well fitted. Toiletries were good. The restaurant and bar area were clean and staff extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet is particularly good and plentiful. The staff on reception must be praised for their customer service, politeness, and helpfulness. They are a credit to the hotel. We will definitely use the hotel again in future and recommend it to all travellers needing a place close to the airport.

The restaurant facilities let it down. There were only 3 choices of main meal so they should have been prepared to a decent standard but my husbands chicken was pink and underdone and although they heated up the plate of food it was awful. We did not want a discount but the receptionist let us have a free beer from the minibar. My husband did not feel well after the meal but was okay the next day. The hotel should be able to provide good quality simple food.

Reported air conditioner was blowing hot air to the reception on first day. After i forming me that their maintenance staff would rectify the issue that afternoon, upon returning that evening it was still not resolved. Reported the issue again the next day & we were subsequently placed in another room which ultimately resolved the issue. Appreciated the room change, however it should have been done on the first night of our stay.

in a quiet neighborhood relatively near to the airport. Apparently runways layout doesn’t direct planes over this area. Rooms nice, clean, everything works. shower great, lots of hot water. Beds and linens nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Good value for price.

We waited 40 minutes for our pickup car to pick us up at the airport at a midday, not busy time. I called several times and was told the car would be there in 10-15 minutes. We booked our morning shuttle at 6:30 a.m. , there was a van ready to go. Drivers were super polite and efficient. Nice vehicles.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is free shuttle service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi was strong, everything worked very well. I stayed one night, and before I took my flight, I had breakfast. It was a rich breakfast, they even had lactose free milk! I always carry lactose free milk for my coffee when I travel and this is the first hotel served it without me asking for it. I will definitely choose Serchotels in the future. Thank you!

The room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The location was perfect, very close to the airport in a quiet neighbourhood and the shuttle bus was exactly what I needed and left at exactly on time as I had an early flight. The staff were friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a good stay.

I couldn't find fault with anything really. For the price, the location, the fact it had a shuttle bus that left for an early flight, there was nothing I disliked.

Easy to use shuttle service, we used it both ways from the airport. The metro stop is 6 minutes walking distance and brings you downtown. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. We were able to leave our suitcase to pick up on our way back, a great plus!

The Internet did not work at all in the room, and went to the lobby to ask for help. No help was offered, even attempted. However the Internet worked well in the lobby (not as comfortable as the room, but were able to finish couple of things).
