Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comfortable & spacious. The beds were nice & comfy. The lighting was good in the room. There is a safe in the closet which we used. They re-stocked water bottles every afternoon. The daily housekeeping was nice. The toiletry products that are provided are really good. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast only but it was really good...great eggs! The area is perfect around the hotel. Easy walking to the Park, the Prado, restaurants & shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff at the restaurant very confused, some good some bad, though the food is great. You can hear noise from the street at late hours and on the middle of the night! I ordered tea at the reception bar and it took 30 min to make it! The service at the bar and breakfast room is unstable!

Top class boutique hotel in a very smart upmarket area of Madrid. The staff were very attentive, the bar area really superb, the adjoining restaurant some of the best food we ate in Madrid and the area very sophisticated and quiet. The best choice for Madrid if you want to be slightly away from the main shopping area and experience a high class Madrid lifestyle for a few days.

You can find cheaper but the Totem is worth the extra cost for a few days.

The agility of the staff desk team, our room was not meeting our expectations and they changed us to a better room very quick.

our room was not having bad tube, for us this was crucial as my wife is at the 35th week pregnancy and she needed to bath continuously. I would like to be aware that any room with bad tube wasn’t available due to renovations in the building! Also the reservations team was annoying, I Wand not feeling secure to pay via link (I personally have bad experience) and the lady insisted on it several times. At the end the front desk team managed to offer me other payment option!

really great hotel to stay alone or with partner. I like everything. Especially was impressed with cleanliness, quality of facilities, beds was amazingly comfy (very good pillows). Breakfast was included and it was a la carte service, which was great! absolutely fantastic experience and surely I will come back again.

The hotel is not good value for money it’s a little bit pricey. We were given a room on the fifth floor attic, so the window was facing the sky, and not the street would’ve been better to stay in another floor in a room where you could see the street and with more light.

The team at Hotel Tótem Madrid truly went above and beyond for me. They were very accommodating and helpful, and they made us feel welcome there the entire time. The hotel itself is gorgeous and modern, and the room sizes are lovely. The location is also perfect - it's within walking distance of everything you might want to see in Madrid, and the airport is a short bus/train ride away - the hotel can also sort out picking you up from the airport if you need it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and this will definitely be one of our go-to hotels in Madrid for years to come.

Not much, overall they exceeded my expectations. I saw some reviews saying the rooms were rather small, but given the layout of the city and other buildings there I thought it was on par with everything else. Also, the layout of the rooms seemed to match what was in their images so I was fine with it.

Totem is a really great boutique hotel. I always stay here, for both business travel as well as for leisure. The rooms are super clean, well designed, cosy and cool with A/C (which is very quiet). The area where you have your breakfast is basically a restaurant that has a great interior and has a wide range of great dishes, like a variety of eggs, fruit, bread, croissants and much more. The staff is amazingly helpful and always very friendly. They have been a massive help for me during my stay as there was the need to get a COVID test, which was all done in the hotel and all managed by the hotel’s staff. This was such a relieve as you don’t need to travel in the city to find a laboratory or doctor to take care of it. Make sure to request this in advance though… I HIGHLY recommend Tótem and it’s also perfectly located in the heart of Salamanca. Nothing really. The staff at Tótem does everything they can to make you comfortable and feel at home. And I sure feel at home at this hotel, so nothing to complain.

We absolutely loved Totem Madrid. The location is excellent. Quiet but within 20 to 30 minutes walk to all attractions. The staff are also excellent. Very friendly and so welcoming. Rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable.

Bar service in the evening is inattentive and not welcoming. Disappointed on return for a night cap (early evening 10pm). Staff member has no interest to accommodate client. Don’t offer a bar area to clients without the focused attention to customer service.
