there were three of us. we were given a two-room suite. spacious. everything needed was in the room. The location is perfect in my opinion. respectable area. there are many restaurants around. been in Amazonika and Captain. next stop city bus tour if you are the first time. near metro. walk 10 minutes gran via and all attractions. Behind the hotel is a street with all possible shops. all in all very convenient. breakfasts are good. The staff are responsive. help. on the side of the hotel, on the corner, a lovely little restaurant with good food

Breakfast was very good- had food for vegetarians, vegan and meat lovers The swimming pool was small and nice to refresh oneself during the Madrid heat. The next level room from superior, for € 15 per night had much more space than the basic - SUPERIOR room, 2 chairs, a nice shower a desk. The room was looking at the Patio and was in the shade most of the day. Staff were very nice and responsive.
We order a superior room. - It is a basic room and is very small. a Double bed and a desk where the chair does not have sufficient space to be moved around. if you are travelling very light and for 1 or 2 nights on your own, It may be nice but very small. The air condition in the room works when the guest is not in the room and the room may feel cold for some people.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and places of interest. The metro was also close by, to access the rest of Madrid easily. The hotels facilities were excellent, breakfast was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was well looked after, and always cleaned and tidied, with great care. Extra touches by the hotel to greet us and wish us a safe journey also made for a perfect stay.
Perhaps a mirror in the bedroom, when getting ready I would have liked to sit at the dressing table

The service was excellent- they really accommodated our family in many ways from the handicapped shower for my mom who could not walk to the double bed for my kids. Turn down service was a nice surprise. Very clean and they ordered a taxi for us to go to the airport. Really enjoyed our stay
They were still renovating the pool area. When it’s done it will be great but they had construction going on.

The administration and all the personnel was exceptional: Yolanda, Alba, Javier & Roberto went out of their way to help and advise us of all happenings. The breakfast staff was amazing, specially Rafael. Even the hotel maids were great!

We were staying on the 6th floor in room 616. Every morning we were woken up by staff doing something upstairs on the next floor? Lots of banging and sounded like moving furniture.Have no idea what is was but they were really loud. Having said that if we'd gone to bed earlier (and not to Mad Cool)and been up earlier, it wouldn't have been a problem!🙂

This is a superb hotel that I cannot rate high enough for the price. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (optional) is varied and excellent. The location in the Salamanca quarter, a block away from Serrano Street and Colón, is outstanding. Covid-19 policies and practices are top of the line and make you feel safe. Most important, though, is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I have seldom met such warmth and kindness among hotel staff. It made me feel at home. Gracias!

Booked the room for two nights for the Madrid Marathon. The hotel is absolutely perfect for the start and finish. The rooms were modern and clean with plenty of USB ports for modern charging. The staff were helpful, polite and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. When leaving, we had to depart at 3.30am and would have missed breakfast, but they made us an amazing picnic to take with us that was plentiful of lovely food…. Thank you for our lovely stay….hope to return soon…
