I visited to attend the Davis Cup Finals. The Atarazanas station on the Metro was a minute or two from the hotel. The Metro took me to the stadium with a single change, which just involved moving to the other side of the platform. I bought a 15 trip ticket for convenience, there being very long queues for tickets in the evening when matches finished (not at other times). Trains were frequent with clear information but the network is not extensive - ideal for this hotel and the tennis though.

My laptop slid off the bed when I dozed off and the impact with the hard floor broke something so I lost my wifi connection. Entirely my fault of course! I had to rely even more on the hotel staff, who were very informative and accommodating.

Location is great - not in the middle of busiest streets but within a short walking distance from all the main attractions. The room itself was big enough for 2 person to sleep and keep 2 luggages. Room was very clean and and they were cleaning rooms every day if asked. There was also air conditioning in room which was working well and was very much needed. Breakfast was also good with different options from breads to fruits etc. Also staff was super friendly not only at the reception but also at the breakfast

Our view was only the other building since our room was not towards the main street (some rooms were also with street view, however we weren't in a room for a view so it was okay).

room was adequate for a weekend , however not big enough for a week , breakfast okay first day not a lot to choose from. second day it was cold and the toast machines were not working properly , people were waiting quite a while.

food was cold , staff talked about my friend leaving her food and she had to go and explain herself to them, they were rude Over charged by the hotel who admitted this however they have still not returned what they owe me , I have had to take this matter further now , the receptionist Female Blonde lady so rude and her emails are rude also , not customer service you would expect, if they want you to be recommended . we have travelled to Malaga for many years and first time staying in this hotel very Disappointing ,

We are familiar with Malaga and this hotel, have stayed here before. The room was OK, near the elevator as we had requested. The location was very good. We didn’t have breakfast there.

The room was smaller than others we remember staying in, but maybe this was because one of us has a wheelchair now. We discovered after returning from our visit that we had left some (treasured) items in the wardrobe. Ok silly but we are getting on. Lots of people must leave stuff, contacted the hotel to ask what happened to these things, no reply. Will not stay there again, like everything in Malaga these days, expensive for what it is and not as good as before.

That the card I secured room with had taken one night per room before we got there an hour before check in and was told this was usual and they were testing card. my statement however showed transaction of 1p which I thought counted as test. So I ended up with unnecessary transfer charges. Could not find anything about this your description and they told me it was usual in Spain I would like clarification on this thank you. But as you can see stay great except for muddle at check in

We were upgraded to a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. We were given 2 chocolates and a greeting card to wish us a happy stay. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable. Tea and coffee and kettle available, a safe to keep important possessions The bathroom was large, and we had a lovely full-size shower. The towels were really soft and toiletries adequate We could see the street from the window. The breakfast was good, and the bar was opened in the evening The hotel was in a lovely area, not too far from the port . We would stay here whenever we return to Malaga

The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to requests. The hotel was clean, light and fresh. There were extra touches, like a glass of local sweet wine available as a welcome drink and a small pack of sweets left in the room one day. It's not far to walk to buses, train, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions.

Although there was a lot of choice for breakfast including fresh fruit, I would have liked the option of unsweetened muesli or porridge, seeds and dried fruit like prunes or apricots. I would have liked a heater in the bathroom as well as the bedroom.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast and bar facilities were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and the general ambience in the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is largely within the centre of the city and is also less than 5 mins from the water front.

Everything was really great - we could walk into the Old Town - only ten minutes away; the hotel is beautifully decorated; the staff are very friendly and helpful; the lobby is a comfy place to sit.

As I have coeliac disease and can't eat gluten, the provision of some gluten-free bread at breakfast would have been good. But this is a small thing!

The room was basic but very clean and modern. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was in really good condition with a lovely shower. It was perfect for one nights stay in Malaga. It is located close by to everything and we picked this hotel as it was central and there was very secure parking across the road in an underground car park. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room, which was super nice of them. I would recommend staying here.
