Nice fully fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, plates etc.). Nice bathroom with bath tub and plenty of space in the wardrobes. Secured and quiet area, close by the centre and main attractions. Few shops to buy fresh fruits and wine very close by. Lift access and code entrance Clean and organised, bonus access to Netflix :)

A bit of refresh needed as there was a stale air on the way in. AC was a bit annoying as automatic, and starts in the night at any movement

Exceptionally helpful staff. Exceptionally clean. All new and modern. All necessary equipment provided for a great stay. Bed very comfortable. Had a large smart tv in the lounge area with netflix. Also had a tv in the bedroom. Air con was modern and worked extremely well. Very close to a supermarket and large fruit and veg store. Only 15 minutes walk to the centre and the beach.

Advertised as having a terrace, which did not specify that it was communal. Actually had a large communal roof terrace. Which looked very nice but there are no seats or tables. Very slippery bath and no bath mat to reduce risk of slipping. Stayed 3 nights and only 2 coffee capsules provided for the tassimo machine. We were 2 people.

Location and the quality of the apartment

Sadly being on the ground floor it didn’t live up to our expectation of balconies etc and the roof terrace was not in use. The bathroom door would close and our email request was ignored

The location was great as it was close to the main part of the city and close to a pharmacy and grocery store. We were really happy with the amenities such as the kitchen, laundry, TV and AC.

There was a mentioned of a welcome packaged but we received nothing ((no washroom toiletries, no laundry soap, not even water)). We had to buy a 12 pack laundry soap pods because they weren't provided, even though we only used 2 of them! There was construction happening at the time so there was some noise being caused by the tools as well as dust and burned odor.

Location was ok, it's a 10-15 minutes to the center, the area around was ok, seemed poor, but not dangerous or dodgy. Big apartment with central AC everywhere, modern and clean. furniture is low cost (ikea standards) but the bed was comfy. Easy communication with the reception who gave us all instructions for access in advance via booking.com messaging. Very easy check in and check out

my room (11) was overlooking the street. bad sound isolation, so there was some noise from the street. But it wasn't a big issue as the street is quiet in the evening (it's not a big street) Not enough towels

Great facilities! Super comfortable beds and clean room. Kitchenette was pretty well-stocked, could have used maybe a salt and pepper and more than a tiny bottle of dish soap though.

Thin walls, so unfortunately you can hear everything happening in the halls if other guests are not being considerate noise. I slept with ear plugs and didn’t have an issue during our 3-night stay except for one night when some guests returned very late and were yelling in the halls (I don’t think this is a normal occurrence though).

Its a cosy, nice and very clean apartment. Everything needed is in there also for longer stay. Easy check in. Bit far from the center if you dont want/can walk longer distances. Anyway taxis are easy to get and cheap to use.

Some suggestions for improvements: -introductions/manuals for the machines. - check-in information bit earlier. Now you get them about one hour before check in time - just general information about Malaga, surroundings etc. Not everything you can find from the net

Spotless apartment, a really comfortable stay in general, modern facilities, close enough to centre without being in the middle of it all. They'd forgotten to give us sheets for the sofa bed (not too bad comfort wise btw) but they brought them round asap when I let them know.

The front door of the building is automatic and is pretty slow when closing so doesn't feel very secure

Location good for us….nice quiet neighbourhood….loved the easy folding sofa..…loved the courtyard…. Simone a delightful & helpful young woman….

No kettle……some appliances out of reach ( could provide low stool)…..only one electric socket in kitchen, next to hob….companion would have liked large cup/mug for tea….. found doorlock to room difficult to operate, hard work for anyone with arthritis….

It was a walking distance from the historic center. moreover, the building and rooms were completely renovated. We did not have any issues. Communication with the owner was through Booking.com and it was smooth and clear. The most important part was everything inside the room was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
