The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaners are all polite. The place is bery clean. The food is good, though some a bit salty, loads of variety.

There was one lady at the bar named Rocea, abrupt and rude. I think she did not like or enjoy her job.

Spacious room, great balcony with view. Free parking at front of hotel. Comfortable beds.

No tea making facilities in the room. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.

the hotel is located in a very good place.. the pool is excellent, the sea is a few meters from the hotel, the selection of food and the food was very tasty and always beautifully prepared, the staff was very nice, kind, smiling.. we were very satisfied.

the staff at the hotel do not speak English well, so it was sometimes difficult to communicate, especially when going to eat ... and the program - the animator was very good, dancing in the pool, the evening program, we were sorry that we did not understand, because everything was in Spanish, it would have been good to include more english because the hotel is very popular and international..but overall i highly recommend.

Being all inclusive guests, Majority of the restaurant staff were exceptional in helping when we struggled to communicate as we only speak english, which was very difficult in a spanish only, speaking hotel! A couple of them spoke a little English and we were so grateful that they were patient with us while we used our phones to translate 🙏 The pool area was lovely. Everything very clean and well maintained. The room was nice and our balcony with the sea view was amazing. So big with loungers and a beautiful view. The food was nice..always plentiful and lots of choice. Could cater a little better for children though.

On our 1st day we had real issues with communication at the bar and restaurant. Not much information available, no drinks menus, wasn't helpful with nothing in English. Entertainment all in spanish. Unable to participate in activities. Felt quite isolated as English guests..other than when I'm the restaurant where they made the effort to communicate and go our of their way to help 😊

Staff (Reception and Dinning Room) were very friendly and efficient. Housemaids were proficient at their work and kept the bedroom spotless on a daily basis. As a couple, we were there for half-board. The buffet food was good. On the Saturday evening there was a special event where everyone was invited to take some ham, carved off the bone in front of you. Also there was Sangria and a carnation flower for the ladies. A nice touch.

Different prices for similar drinks at the hotel bar. Bar staff in general good except for one individual who was told by his Supervisor to increase the quantity they originally dispensed. Perhaps additional training required here. No tea of coffee making facilities. No iron or ironing board available in room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept very clean. Food was plentiful with a reasonable range of cuisines. The beach is good and not overcrowded The entertainment team worked hard to encourage people to join in with activities

Full board did not include drinks which wasn't made clear when booking, and rooms could do with some updating as they are getting somewhat shabby. The local area appears to be primarily hotels and apartments so there is not a great deal to see: you need a car if you want to explore further.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Lovely large swimming pool and terraces. Good choice of food in the restaurant.

Car parking a nightmare, permanently double parked and difficult to drive out of marked bays, Maybe the hotel should ask for registration numbers at check-in? The coffee in the restaurant was awful, lukewarm and tasteless. It wasn’t much better from the bar. The entertainments were just a bit too loud for our taste.

Noisy at night with entertainment. This needs to be clearer to guests with sea view rooms. Perhaps reassurance about finishing time.

Lovely hotel, excellent food in restaurant. I tryed to up grade to all inclusive only to be told I couldn't as it was only available if I was staying for a minimum of 4 night's, was disappointed as the bar food was very limited and not good. Very friendly staff and lovely to see the beach from balcony.

Bar food very poor and not much choice. The spa was disappointing only jacuzzi working.

Hotel was in a quiet position however bus stop very near to hotel and fares cheap also taxi service good. Staff very helpful and food in hotel excellent.

No reserved parking and having to find parking space in street. Bathroom baths could do with a grab handle to exit bath particularly if you are getting on in years.
