Hotel Serawa Moraira

Self service breakfast . We stayed for 3nights and were not offered a cooked breakfast option until the third morning . Wish it had been offerered on the first morning. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk into Moirara but a very plesent walk with bars and sea views. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We booked a table in the restaurant on our first night for 8pm, We went down about 7.45 and told the person in the restaurant our room number and we had a table booked . We ordered 2 Gin and Tonics (30 Euros !) and then we were just left. No menus no your table is ready ...we left and ate in town

With this heat, they must improve the breakfast. e.g. put the cheese on ice so it doesn't melt. Having a little more choice for breakfast. The place was fine. A little outside, very quiet. The pool was great. They could add a few more choices on the menu so you don't have to eat out all the time. On the other hand, their Iberico ham was great. Staff very friendly and hardworking.

For me, the bed cushions were not very comfortable. Maybe add a little blanket because you have to sleep with the air conditioning on and if you're chilly...

This is a hotel is definitely one in the making. It has not been open very long and some of the facilities were left a little wanting. The gym wasn’t finished of which there was no mention when booking and a lot of the pool sun beds and umbrellas were broken BUT the staff were super friendly and to be honest…. It didn’t really matter. There was still work going on (none of which effect us at all) the hotel was clean and very nice. It was in a great location and I believe new pool equipment had been ordered and they were awaiting its arrival. The glass around the bar area could do with a wash but as I say, overall it didn’t really matter. The breakfasts were great and the lady and young guy were very keen to offer pretty much anything you wanted. We both throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back and am almost looking forward to seeing what has moved on.

Just the fact that the gym was shut still, but we just went out for walks instead

Every morning I asked for scrambled eggs. I noticed when I ate it that the eggs were undone, I asked the kitchen lady if she could fry it for a bit longer. Her English was not good so she didn’t understand. Every morning after breakfast I had a really bad stomach, I thought it was because maybe I accidentally drank the water from the tap . One day I decided not to have the half raw scrambled eggs, and my stomach was fine . I’m sure you can understand I did not have that egg ever again. I find it quite upsetting, she was the chef and she basically served all her guests uncooked scrambled eggs food. And there was no staff I could explain it to, as they all spoke broken English

The staff were very friendly particularly the blonde waitress at breakfast and the young bar man. Breakfasts were very good with every thing you could reasonably ask. My husband had 2 fried eggs prepared for him every day with a little flower touch on the plate. Everything was spotlessly clean. Never had to wait for the lift.

One small minus not enough storage 5 hangers for 2 people I went out and bought more. No drawer at all in the room just shelving. A small bedside drawer would be most useful. One other suggestion the hotel sign from the main road is not very visible white lettering on a pale blue background is not the easiest to see particularly at night.

A beautiful hotel, gorgeous decor and layout. Rooms very comfortable, air conditioning was fantastic with nice size balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was slightly limiting but enough for what we needed, a lot of meat and cheese available. It’s a great location as walking distance to centre of Moraira and also very close to the Algas Bar and a selection of restaurants.

The grass around the pool was a bit disappointing and itchy under foot. Despite being a beautiful pool the beds weren’t particularly comfortable and fairly limited.

Amazing architecture. Very nice design of the bar, pool etc. Just opened. So assume will have more plants, etc. Stunning bathrooms, excellent amenities. All organic. The staff was so nice. This place is just what Moraira needed.

Bar was still closed since it just opened. Now misses a bit of atmosphere, but again they were only open for 2 days.

looking for a few late sunny days in Spain we happened upon this hotel in a fabulous area of Spain . it was an excellent decision and we were very impressed with the presentation and modern, clean property. This Hotel ticked all our boxes and we felt relaxed and comfortable from our arrival until we left. we were very impressed with the friendly , professional staff. it was quiet , but end of season and the nearby bars were minutes away. we plan to return and look forward to seeing the improvements and additions that are planned this winter. we would highly recommend this for couples and for families .

Great breakfast selection with good service. Also had dinner in the restaurant which was very good on 3 occasions. On check out we got the positive surprise of the staff making us a packed breakfast for our journey when they realised we were leaving. Restaurant staff were all a credit to the Hotel.

Initial receptionist was not so welcoming, and could have made a bigger effort to engage positively with us as new client.

Stylish, modern hotel. comfortable bed. Great location and very helpful staff.

Smell coming from A/C!! Not enough storage….only one small hanging area. Disparity between rooms. Only one set of towels provided and had to ask. Water in mini bar not replaced.
