The English speaking lady who registered us was fantastic - so helpful and kind. The room had a beautiful view and parking was easy.

Breakfast was a bit hit n miss. The hotel hosts breakfast for bus groups at 8am with hotel guests only being welcomed from 9am. It would be nice if breakfast choices were replenished ready for the 9am hotel guests. When we mentioned the empty plates, some more food was rustled up but it took a bit of effort to achieve this and it was all a bit awkward. It is something that is easy to rectify. Other than that, a great location.

Let’s start with the lovely welcome from Natalie on reception, all hospitality businesses should learn this is how it’s done!! Warm friendly helpful can’t praise her enough, printed all our documents for our ferry crossing, fab!! Location opposite the beach is lovely, very clean room, nice food at the restaurant. Very good value for money.

There is zero sound-proofing in the hotel, noisy corridors and you can hear people using the toilet and shower as if they were in the same room!

The location is perfect with beautiful views. The hotel staff were nice. The room was small but sufficient. Our balcony was facing the sea, and the view was amazing. The shower was powerful. There is a small pool area which was modern and clean.

No air conditioning or fan.

The staff were very helpful in accommodating us to secure our bicycles for our stay, especially Kevin.Great location with supermarket across the road and a sports bar to watch the rugby world cup!

loved the saltwater pool, and the beachfront location offers spectacular views. excellent food at the restaurant and at the one next to it. staff were fantastically friendly.

bathroom was a bit cramped, and having the toilet right by the door to the room felt odd. also, it was too hot in the room to sleep well.

Location was exceptional. Food in the restaurant was amazing. The absolute best Paella I have ever had. Blonde girl at reception was very welcoming and helpful. (Didn't get her name unfortunately) Room was basic but very clean and large.

Great location, clean, tidy, and helpful and friendly staff apart from one. The barman, and a couple of the restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall this was an excellent stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

There was a large group at the hotel and we were made to wait for some time for breakfast (not ideal when we had to be somewhere else at a set time).

Hotel Arillo is very nicely situated opposite the beach. We were fortunate to have a sea facing room with a balcony on the top floor. The balcony was well sheltered and allowed comfortable relaxation well into the evening. The room size was modest, but that balcony acted as an extension for the storage of our hiking equipment.

Excellent location just above the beach. Truthful about room with a balcony and nice view. Great pre-season price.

The building is in need of a refresher. Decor is unusual. Staff could benefit from training in hospitality.
