Hotel is top with nice & friendly personal. But the reception is not aware that the top Asador (Asador del Roa) in the city is permanently closed. But the lady facilitating the breakfast wins the Nobel price for us. To the point and doing the job in difficult conditions, meaning to say the room is too small for all guests always coming on the same moment. Book this hotel!. My few remarks are for supporting the hotel and the staff. I would welcome a good asador in Ourense. Perhaps an idea for NH and pr me to visit again.

Beautiful room, lovely bathroom, lovely toiletries. Well equipped bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel.excellent choice for breakfast. We got an unexpected room upgrade, and a voucher for a free drink! What's not to like.

Nothing, perhaps have a bar with longer hours? Sometimes it's nice to be able to have a quiet drink at the end of a busy day sightseeing.

The hotel is perfectly located to the city centre and visit all of the many attractions nearby This is our second stay at NH Ourense, and we weren't disappointed again. The colleagues are fantastic, especially the colleagues who work in the breakfast restaurant, who were so friendly and helpful

This hotel was better than we’d expected. It was modern, stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception desk were really welcoming and helpful and gave an excellent dinner suggestion. It was very good value for money. It had a small gym too which had a running machine, a cross trainer and a bike plus mats etc and free water and towels. Based on this hotel we’ve now booked an NH hotel in Bilbao.

All was good.

The hotel is very well managed and situated close to major sights. Property parking was 50 meters up the one-way street. Room was with a lot of space and they even gave us a twin-room with 1+2 beds and two bathrooms because we have wanted a room with two beds. Quiet during the night.

Due to Covid19 the breakfast buffet was assisted. Although the staff did their best, this arrangement reduced the pleasure for an individual and peaceful breakfast. Hopefully, the breakfast buffet will soon be back as before Covid19. Our room (202) had two minor defects: one of the bed lamp's suspension was defect and could not be adjusted to give light for reading. The toilet bowl's silicone adhesive to the floor was loose and needs to be fastend again. But, these minor defects really did not bother us and we did not mention it to the staff.

Large room according to description. Good location (about 10 minutes to walk to the historical center). Good soundproofing to the outside. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok but did not correspond to the quality of the hotel. Poor soundproofing to the adjacent rooms.

Very clean and comfortable. Only a few minutes walk from the ‘old town’ and lots of cafes and restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful.

Apart from the restaurant area which served breakfast the facilities were limited. the ‘rooftop’ bar was not available during the 3-4 nights of my stay.

Great personnel, clean room and very well located

Overall very good but it took 2 days (and had to flag it) to change the shower gel which was empty at our arrival

Very friendly staff! Good quiet location, just a 5 minute walk to lovely old town and 5 minutes walk to our daughter’s student residence. we enjoyed the free water, Nespresso and little cakes. Very comfortable bed!

No English or French TV channels working. even though we informed reception, this wasn’t fixed.

Reception staff were super friendly on check in & we received an upgrade, which was appreciated immensely. Room was fabulous, hotel was excellent in general, staff friendly & location perfect.
