The location, just ~120 meter on foot from Ourense's bus and railway station. Fresh air through the window, and alternatively good air conditioning. Do not get fooled by the hotel's plain two stars! I booked when it was said the hotel was almost full, true or not, so I ended up in their most expensive room with a large roof terrace. Maybe I wasn't exactly in need of the luxury, but it was very good value for the money. Many four-star hotels have less to brag about.

Somewhere, I'm not sure exactly where, I'd read "check in until midnight" - but that's an unfortunate exaggeration. The reception closed at 9pm.

Clean and modern facilities. The two young women in reception were super nice and very helpful (and they speak excellent English!). Room was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly it was VERY quiet. Practically no street noise. Excellent location across the street from the train station and on the Camino de Santiago. Great price for what you get in return. Strong WiFi.

Very friendly staff, very close to the train station. A bit of a walk to the town centre, but the convenience of getting to the train station quickly in the morning was worth it.

I had an issue with my room, but the staff were super helpful and offered resolutions. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, not worth the €7/8 in my opinion. Mainly bread, coffee, artificial jams, cheap yoghurts...

I liked the price and the fact that it was next to the train station. Also one stuff member Maria I think with Blue hair was really helpful and was able to speak English which in Spain is a miracle

The bathroom shower was a little green and black at some corner spots plus the walls were really scratched.

We arrived late but check in wasn’t a problem. Located adjacent to the train station, we were glad to be able to leave our bags in the room and freshen up before we strolled into the centre (15/20 minutes walk) to grab something to eat and to see the springs. Breakfast was very very good.

I was leaving Ourense by train so I picked this hotel for its proximity (5-minute walk). It is also close to the path by the Miño River, so the evening I arrived I went out for a 9 km walk. It was very pleasant and I saw several termas or natural hot springs.

I wasn't sure if I could drink water out of the faucet. It would have been nice to have a complementary bottle in the room.

I had to get an early train so the hotel was pefectly located just a couple of minutes' walk from the station. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. There was plenty of hot water and a good shower. It was quiet and I slept well.

The room was very colourless, but this isn't important really.

the property is recently renovated, with all the amenities you can expect. Heating and wifi work perfectly. Location is really convenient as its close to train and bus stations. Would definitely stay there again!

This was the cheapest hotel I stayed in and the facilities were good for the price. It was helpful that the reception stayed open till 21.00 as I arrived late. The hotel was conveniently close to the railway station.

The air conditioning was a bit fierce and I wasn't sure how to control it.

Clean and modern room, staff was helpful, easy late-checkin and early-checkout possible. The location is really close to the train station, which is great if you travel by train.

The bathroom door and the balcony door were really hard to close. It was a bit loud during the nights (noise from the street and the other hotel rooms).
