We liked everything.

LOVED the location within Peguera. The beach was across the street and so was the bus stop (including the airport bus) and the convenience store, chemist stores, souvenir stores and some great bars with a brilliant vibe (special mention to Bei Hermine and Rendezvous). We booked a double room which was clean, with a usable balcony. The room was adequate in size, and had amenities including a fridge, hairdryer and a locker (which we didnt manage to figure out how to use). We did not try their breakfast place (Cafe called Hawaii) but only because there were so many nice options near the beach close by. Would highly recommend. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience. Felt like a home away from home due to the very friendly owner who was also the receptionist. We had arrived quite late and he was super nice to us, checked us in very smoothly, later the same night we showed up to ask him for water and he provided us a free large bottle of water which we thought was super kind. Would definitely not hesitate to book here again.

Excellent location, Hotel was in pristine condition and the fixtures and fittings were all of a high standard. The double glazing worked extremely well at keeping any unwanted noise to a minimum. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bed linen was of a very high quality. This is a very well maintained hotel and the two gentlemen who run this establishment enjoy their work and have a keen eye for detail. There are, I think only 15 rooms in this hotel with five on each floor and that means you hardly if ever hear any comings and goings of fellow guests. Breakfast is taken in the restaurant down stairs which belongs to the hotel and is also open to the public. The food served here is very good. I can imagine that by now you may be thinking that I'm related to the owners of this hotel, but no, I'm just happy to give a first class review to a hotel that thoroughly deserves it. Our room was 303 facing the sea and the street below, which was marvellous for sitting watching the world go by. Would I return ?. Well I think you know the answer to that one, You bet I would.

The hotel is perfect for a couple or a family as it is close to the beach. Breakfast is freshly made every morning and it includes fresh fruit salad, baguette, croissants, cereals, omelette, or scrambled eggs freshly made. Far better than a buffet style as it is cooked for you as you arrive. The hosts are friendly and very considerate. Rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. It is quiet and the balcony is lovely with a view across to the beach. The location is great for the buses which are just across the road. The road is virtually pedestrianised so you can hop across to the bus stop within a minute of you leaving the hotel foyer. You can catch a bus to Palma, to the airport, Andraxt/Santa Ponsa/Palma Nova. There is a fridge in the room for your wines and snacks. Good value for money.

A kettle for tea/coffee and a few cups/glasses would have been good.

The location is very close to the beach. The host is a very nice and helpful person. In front of the hotel there is a bus station. The public transport infrastructure on the island is great. The breakfast is great for 3-4 days but after that it becomes repetitive. There is a free parking near the hotel. 6-7 minutes walking time. The hotel room was perfect, there was a little inconvenience with the bed as it had some lumps, nothing major. There was no noise in the room, even though we had the sea view room.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel owners are outstanding and simply kind people. Both Juan and Michael did their best to make us feel welcome, and even gave us tips regarding sightseeing the island, parking in Palma and answered all our questions. I completely agree with the commentaries from the other guests that the only bad thing about the hotel is that we had to leave. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view💙 for free. There was a good hairdryer, fully functioning AC, good mattress with soft pillows, clean and fresh towels, daily room service, shower gel and hand soap as well as a little fridge to store some drinks that you can buy nearby. The town itself has a lovely beach (about 2 minutes walk), but other than that there's not so much to do so you need to rent a car or take the bus.

Juan arranged an airport transfer for us as we were getting into Palma later in the evening. Our plane was then delayed which meant we arrived after midnight but this was no issue whatsoever. On arrival we found out we had been upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony which was far bigger and better than the room we had originally booked, which was great! I don’t normally opt in for breakfast at hotels, but after reading the reviews I decided to opt in for this. It was also really good and a great way to fill up for the day ahead. Our stay was great from start to finish, and Juan made everything feel like nothing was a problem, and was able to answer our queries swiftly via WhatsApp about travel on the island etc. Juan and the team have a very personal approach, one of which I have not seen in a long time, and it was a great experience because of this. 10/10

Lovely hotel within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach. Nearby there is a bus stop with buses to the airport or Palma. There are also many restaurants and places with delicious food. The room is large and cozy, it has everything you need for a great vacation. I also want to note the excellent work of the staff, one of the best services that I have met. Definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable vacation.

Good location, 30 seconds walking to the biggest beach (Palmira). On the main street in Paguera, but no troubles with sounds. Rooms are clean, look fresh, look new and have nice colors. Cleaning each day is perfect. Air conditioning works well. Refridgerator in room works well. Ironing machine available on request. Hotel can be accessed by a code 24/7. Location is close to all restaurants in Paguera (max 15min walk). Owners are very helpfull and friendly. We realy appreciated that. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of rooms, but this is an advantage to have better service than the big resorts.

Didn’t have realy bad things. Only a few remarks. Each morning a tasty but ordinary breakfast is served by ordering of your preferences by filling in a small bullet list. The variation after a few days becomes a bit limited as the list of choices remains the same. We missed some fresh vegetables like tomatoes, cucumber or salad. Some variations, maybe by daily specials, would be a nice improvement. One small other thing is the shower curtain. It’s made of very thin and light material. It sticks to your body while taking a shower.

Everything was perfect. The hotel has the best location for everything: bus stop, beach, bars, restaurants are all within a few meters. Our room was nice and 100% clean, the bed was comfortable and the sea view was great. We had the most cheerful and kind hosts ever, they did their best to make our holiday carefree and memorable.
