Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, including kitchen, and large and nice balcony is a great bonus too. Efficient air conditioning. Friendly staff ready to help you. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. Very close to the beach. (Nothing to to with the hotel, but bear in mind there is a construction project going on, so you might want to walk a bit further to enjoy sunbathing and swimming without noise and without ugly view 😬).

The creaky bed made it not very comfortable to sleep as the sound would wake you up every time you move :( Paid beach towels.

Nice apartment, clean and in good shape. Only the fridge was a bit small even for small fridges and when showering at a popular time there was not enough hot water or water pressure. Nice wifi, nice aircondition. The balcony was large and we were happy that we paid a bit extra for the pool view. The pools were nice. Staffed pool bars both places. The pool by the apartment building was best for children and right beside that was the playground. There a path from the hotel pool area to the beach, making access even easier than going the short distance by the road. The beach is nice and good for children. The town has a nice atmosphere, not too busy but still lively. A bit of shopping, good restaurants and possibilites for trips both by sailing and buses.

The hotel is very close to the sea. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Everything you need is available in stores located nearby. the staff is friendly.

the rooms are good. The only thing we had was a room for four, of whom there were two children. The amenities say sofa bed, but in fact, it is not a sofa bed. This is one separate bed and a folding bed, which is also wobbly. We put them together and they were different heights. Sleeping with a child was not very comfortable. I would like to have a full-fledged sofa bed that would fit well and would be comfortable to sleep on.

The apartment is decent sized and everyone is lovely. Great breakfast too! The location is walking distance to the beach. Great access to supermarkets too! Great pool, great beach and great service (from front desk, to breakfast to cleaning staff). Lovely balcony with sun beds that get sun. It also has parking that you must book in advance: this was essential to be able to visit all the towns around that area. Overall it was a great stay.

The area is definitely super touristy. Lots of restaurants but the quality isn't great. The cleaning of the apartments system is tricky: they clean them every 2 days, so if you missed the slot you need to wait longer. Non existent double beds: they are two single beds together. It was a bit annoying but the beds are very comfortable.

When checking in at the hotel, we were greeted at the reception by a very pleasant employee who, although he did not speak English, did an excellent job. The hotel is in a great location, near a beautiful sandy beach and 3 minutes away from a supermarket where we bought groceries at affordable prices. The apartment is impeccably clean and tidy. The bedroom is spacious and the beds are comfortable in both rooms. The terrace with a pool view is big and even more beautiful than in the pictures.Great value for money as well.

Bedsheets, hand soap, sponge, soup bowls and dish cloth were missing...other than that,I really don't have any complaints.I will definitely recomend Flor los Almendros to anyone planning on going to Mallorca.

It was our first time in Mallorca so I didnt know the region and just picked according to price/review and was a little afraid. But once we got there.... First of all, the location is fantastic! Not only because of the region in general, but you can reach the beach directly from the backyard f the hotel! Also it has two pools, one has nice attractions for children. We also got a drink as a welcome gift at the pool. You go there anytime again. The apartments were spacious, cozy and very clean.

The apartment was very clean and organized, it had exactly everything a family needed to feel at home, and just a step away from the beach, there are beautiful places that will surprise you when exploring the region, several shops, restaurants and supermarkets very close by, easy access by bus to Palma and surrounding cities, the staff are extremely kind and polite, always ready to help us, we will definitely be back soon!

The hotel is placed not so far from the beach, so it was realy easy every morning to wake up and go there at sunrise. Also around hotel are a lot of facilites like restourants and markets.

Becouse the hotel have more buidings, were not clear where exactly is the reception. We had to spend some time until we undestand that we have to go to the orther builiding. Price for the parking place was expensive, and especyaly you can't get a discount for parking if you stay more days.

Cleaning service definitely could be better Windows in bedroom are on the side of internal court area and basically can't be open as noisy passing-by neighbors will disturb your sleep at night / look at you inside the room...

The location is very nice with great access to the sea. The area has two pools with sunbeds, there was always a free place to lie (June).

If you have an apartment facing the street, I recommend that you request a higher floor than the 1st. The merchants on the ground floor remove their junk every day at 11 p.m. and it's like an hourly earthquake. Don't forget earplugs, the walls are like paper :).
