Polite staff, amazing view from the balcony, very clean and big property, good food, drinks and cocktails can be better, the bar is next to the swimming pool, sitting and shades around the pool could be improved. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our 3-year-old kid. Food timing - breakfast 8 AM to 10 AM, lunch 13:00 to 15:00, Dinner 7 PM to 9 PM Bar timing - 10 AM to 11 PM Pool timing - Till 7 PM

Entertainment and live performances could be added, games and children's activities will be a great addition for the people like me who are on their holiday and would prefer sit at the hotel's bar and relax.

This is a cracking Budget Al Inclusive Hotel that ticks so many of the Right boxes. The food is not a big selection but what they provide is well cooked and plentiful. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The pool area is not massive but very clean and well maintained. Drinks are what you expect at any Spanish Al Inclusive. The big plus for me was there's no entertainment so you can just sit back and relax in the evening. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always smiling.

No Air con in the room but it wasn't no big deal, I just went and brought a cheap desktop fan that did the trick.

Hotel was fab. Apartment was massive and a three minute walk down hill to the beach. Staff were amazing and work so hard for you.. Food was really good for what you paid. Would definitely return.

WiFi was almost non existent. Bedroom was boiling it was cooler on the balcony. It wasn't high season so managed ok.

Short walk to Beach shops, restaurants, bars, ATM, Banks, Chemists and GP. Lovely promenade to walk along. Staff at the Ereza Apartmentos Los Hibiscos were very friendly and work so hard everywhere was clean and tidy.

No air conditioning, however if you leave patio doors open and bedroom windows open you do get a fairly good breeze through the apartment. Kitchen didn't have any tea towel or cloth/scrub to wash and dry dishes.

Breakfast was great and lots of selection for lunch and dinner. Better than I expected for the price and from previous reviews. I was on the 4th floor so excellent views from the balcony.

Some people reserving the sun loungers all day but only using them for 1 hour.

Very friendly staff welcoming you as soon as you arrive! Check in so fast! Rooms large, modern and spotless! Whole place spotless with staff working all the time keeping things ticking over! Food was so nice and plenty of choice! Location amazing and so lucky to have sea view room!

It wasn't what I didn't like but just an observation.... only one person on most of day in bar! And had to serve and collect glasses and keep them washed! So unfair because not everyone was patient and staff got a lot of grief! So if more staff on things be more efficient

Fab location, super friendly and efficient staff, huge apartments, ours had 2 balconies and a fantastic sea view. The complex is kept immaculately clean. Excellent value for money.

Would have been nice to have a selection of cold meats and cheeses (like at breakfast) at lunch time, as an alternative to salad or hot food.

Wonderful Hotel with Great Service! Everything was perfect in this hotel. The room was huge, separate bedroom and living room with kitchenette, bathroom very spacious, and a shower just right for two people. From the room a beautiful view of the ocean and most importantly, that it was very quiet there both during the day and at night. We were all inclusive and were very surprised by the excellent quality of the food. For breakfast, a very large selection, everything fresh and everything you need, vegetables, eggs in all possible ways, a very large selection of fruit, cookies, many types of bread and most importantly, excellent strong coffee from a decent coffee machine. Lunch and dinner also surprised with the number of dishes to choose from, delicious fish, meat, vegetables and fruit for dessert, delicious cakes and creams. Wine, beer, which everyone pours himself for lunch and dinner. Stronger alcohol available at the pool bar until 23:00. On the day of check-out, the use of all inclusive program even after checking out of the room, what is a great convenience for guests who have a late flight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable full board accommodation as the value for money is excellent. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Lanzarote.

Price-quality ratio is very good to my view. Lovely people working at this place (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners, etc), cleanliness, lots of space in each apartment, great variety of food. I am giving a strong 9 as rating!

Just one thing: I believe the Hotel needs to decide whether to go one step ahead (even by slightly increasing prices) by installing air conditioning in the apartments or stay the same. When I was there weather was exceptionally hot for the period (early Oct 2023). Thank God people can rent a ventilator for a few Eur per night but ventilators can only go so far...
