The service and staff were excellent. Room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. Lovely situation, close enough to walk to town but in a quiet pretty location.

It would have been a nice touch if the private car parking had been free.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in nice location. Breakfast good. Good but rather expensive car parking in the underground car park.

Restaurant was not open on the night we stayed which was not apparent when we booked. Silicon sealant and tile grout in the bathroom needed renovation.

The hotel is charming, beautiful outside and inside. I love walking around in the surroundings, gorgeous park near by, charming little town. I also enjoy using the spa facility (piscina, sauna, Turkish bath)

I haven’t tried the breakfast because I found it over priced.

Good location for the town. Beautiful unique view from the restaurant. Lovely spa.

Ground floor rooms open to the path. Bedroom feels a bit cramped although bathroom is a generous size.

Very nice area, next to the small lake. Everyone is super nice and friendly. The spa is small but well equipped. Very good breakfast with fresh, local products of a very good quality. Not the usual hotel stuff.

The hotel looks new but there are some imperfections like tiles falling over on the pool or some holes in the walls. The walls themselves are thin and we could hear someone snooring in the next room. The charge for a dog (35 euros) is waaaay to high, even though the dog gets a bed, bowls and snacks. It's still the highest I have ever seen.

The location close to the center and facing the local city lake. The quality of the restaurant and the facilities (swimming pool, sauna, hammam...) The almost endless possibilities of trekking offered by the Cerdagne region

Staying 4 nights during the week, we were upgraded with a very nice large room with a terrace. Otherwise, I think the room are more suited for winter vacation than summer (a lttle bit small, not so much light).
