We spend the night here with our 2 little children (1 and 3). We had a very warm welcome, everyone from the staff is very friendly and helpfull. You feel welcommed from stepping inside. Our daughter loved the ball pool and could loose some energy after the long car ride. We were there on our way back home to Germany for one night but definitely plan to come back for some more days, as Roses also is a beautiful town. We enjoyed the stay, keep that good work up :)

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly and services were provided quickly. The buffet restaurant had delicious food and great variety.

It might have been nice to have the pool open a bit later; it was open until 8pm so you couldn't see the sunset. But it had a great view nonetheless and was well maintained.

Staff were great! They provided private parking for a full car and a co-worker assisted in ensuring everything went smooth with regard to garage access. Kid friendly with a small indoor play space for kids and the buffet breakfast was good with organised staff on hand to check on guests and clear tables. Location was just a block or two from the beach and the Ciutadella ruins are directly next to the hotel itself. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this hotel before and it did not disappoint us this time, it is a very well run hotel with good management and efficient friendly staff and we hope to return in the near future.

We cannot find anything to dislike about this hotel.

I was delighted that the staff gave me a quiet room with no neighbours (what I had asked for) without me having to ask or remind them. Obviously this is not always possible in high season but they actually read my request and responded without a word. I think the beds were very comfortable with plenty of layers to keep you warm and the rooms have a cute little balcony. I really like this little hotel.

Everything was great.

Buffet breakfast with a good selection...bacon and eggs, croissants, etc self service tea and coffee... Rooftop swimming pool.. very hot during our stay and it was wonderful to have the pool to go to .. not big, but fine and quite a number of sun loungers..

Hooks for the towels in the bathroom...they were up on a rack which was really too high for me...

Very good breakfast (buffet) and very friendly and helpfull staff. Next time we will definetly use this hotel again, when visiting Rosas

Dogs in the hotel. Every morning we woke up because the dog in the room next to us started barking.

Stayed here before so knew what to expect nice friendly reception staff , well located close to playa and cuitadella ,good size room , nice sunny balcony with views of sea over rooftops , pool on the roof and sun terrace , good wifi and value for money, upgraded to double room

some spanish does help,

the hotel is located close to the citadel after which its named , close to the playas and tourismo , room upgrade to double with nice south facing balcony and a partial view of the sea , nice cafes/resturants close by , good wifi bonus of a sun terrace and small pool ( more a plunge pool)on the roof ,excellent sea views from other roof terrace air con a bonus as it was definitely needed even in late september

difficult to find fault however Roses is very commercial with manicured beaches , if this is your thing then fine , its certainly not mine

Location, parking available (quite narrow), convenience. Very good breakfast.

So far the smallest room I have ever stayed. (Big enough for a solo traveller). No dining option in hotel.
