The pool is large and privately enclosed. Lovely breakfast with very large selection of fresh bread, cakes, biscuits and pastries. Hot and cold produce available. Particularly lovely fried eggs on final day. I microwaved the tomatoes. Staff were responsive and beds were comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Entertainment was available on several nights. Lovely restaurants in side streets close by. We would stay again.

Entertainment was good, but the Karaoke needed better management.

The hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed aqua Zumba in the pool Monday and Wednesday, which was super fun! The buffet was fantastic, a wide variety of choices, for breakfast and dinner. A fantastic shower with lots of water pressure. This hotel has a lot to offer! if you are not fuss about some of the fittings being dated, this is a fantastic 3 star hotel, excellent value for money, you won’t be disappointed!

There is nothing I did not like. As an improvement, we would have loved to have a fridge in the room.

Very friendly reception, good communication and accommodating with parking. Staff in the dining room, bar and even the cleaning staff also very friendly and helpful. Hotel location, just in from the beach (2 minute walk) which meant it was much quieter. Swimming pool was great and not to busy. All areas clean and well maintained. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Nothing to dislike.

It was the only thing affordable in Madrid that gave privacy. You stayed in unique pods that gave you privacy in a hostel.

Not enough storage space for me and my bike, but if don't have a bike that is great, except don't bring one of those huge check in suit cases.

The staff in the hotel were really attentive, we had our three grandchildren with us and they were really lovely with them.

We received a warm welcome. The room was clean and the breakfast generous. The hotel is located very close to the seafront on a quiet street. Despite the open window, the only disturbance was from the seagulls!

Breakfast has improved since last year. Now providing gluten free option which is fantastic and made my wife extreemly happy

We had a great stay at Nautilus hotel with our 3 year-old boy. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the location (2 min walking from the beach), the swimming pool area, excellent breakfast and friendly stall. We will stay there again.
