The staff is incredible, I would definitely try to get free breakfast with your stay because it's worth it! The rooms were great, good size and the terrace is really nice even though we came when the jacuzzi wasn't available but it was nice to hang out there. The town of Rubi is quaint and cute and it's a nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, which is only like a 40-minute train ride away. The train station is about about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable room, with friendly staff. The restaurant was really exceptional - I had dinner there twice and the flavor was really remarkable...the burger was lightly crunchy without being burned and had a great flavor... the same with the "secreto de cerdo" - the chef found the perfect point of making it crunchy and giving it a char-broiled flavor without burning it - it was really good!

Breakfast buffet was fine, but selection was a little limited

En suite Toilet was a little small and tight for space. The sink was too close to the toilet pan To be fair I have stayed here on many occasions and this was the first time i had a small bathroom Usually the rooms I have been allocated have bigger bathrooms with level access showers, which I prefer. It was still an enjoyable stay regardless of this

Everything was amazing. Service is very helpful and nice. I really liked that the rooms were cleaned every day. Such a bonus when you come after a long day walking on the streets of Barcelona and the room has clean sheets.

Everything was great until the last evening. Our neighbors were very loud all night 🔞. After four hours of their adventures, we complained to the reception that it was impossible to fall asleep (not only us, as we were told). We wanted a more responsible service, because as we understood, no one went to that number to solve the problem.

Hotel is nice enough, clean and good staff. No fuss, no thrills, but totally satisfactory.

The location is ok. It is 1km from rhe train station, so only a little tricky on arrival with luggage. But this was hardly a surprise.

I sent two emails tht I need help with transport and no answer = no chance to get aiport transport as is offered in their facilities.

people are nice, room with balcon is nice, wifi work well, many parking place outside the hotel.

the private parking plance is a little small, not for big car.

Overall, exceptionally good. Really good staff and a nice restaurant attached. Environment is more business than holiday, a great place to stay close to Barcelona.

the bed was broken. the hotel bar closes early afternoons on Saturdays and Sundays and it’a the only place available to get something to drink at the hotel.
