it’s a great location within the quaint suburb of Sant Cugat. Its styled in a modernist style so a bit quirky / different👍🏼. The wifi was good. Pleased they have upgraded finishes in many areas and the air con in our room worked well. nice big bed. Staff v helpful with laundry.

The bathrooms have been upgraded but the shower is vv difficult get into- and v slippery!! Quite dangerous. Cafe / lounge area is left open and not air conditioned. Way too hot in summer to be comfortable!! colour schemes in superior bedroom is a bit too much!

Room was changed and prepared to a high standard and the cleaners visited each day to replenish and clean again. I reported a leak and they addressed it right away while I was out, and the cleaners respected my note to leave the bed without remaking it. They were very accommodating. Complimentary bandeau and shampoo was very helpful. TV was modern with Chromecast option from your phone! Lovely view, artful hotel atmosphere and a clean room!

Fridge was not cold and was in a cabinet which prevented ventilation, so it was kicking out a lot of heat and was ineffective. No coffee in the room although I loved the complimentary teas. This went a long way and was a welcome thought. The bed sheets were very thin and no blanket supplied so I was cold for much of the night. If you're a light sleeper user ear plugs as you may be awoken by the noises in adjacent rooms as I was.

Quiet place. Staff always with smile and willing to help

Room generally comfortable. Located very close to the old quarter of Saint Cugat. Well worth going up to see this area as the rest of the area is soulless modern apartments and service shops. Fine for work stay.

Noise from the ground floor bar and restaurant was annoying up to about 12.30am as the some room locations are open to an open internal space.

4 star hotel, Scandinavian style, simple but very comfortable. Room was spaciouse for a couple and the location is just a short walk from the center of Sant Cugat, shops and caffes etc. Super clean, freindly polite and helpfull staff, parking on the street or parking lot. Best place to stay if you plan to stay in Sant Cugat and not centeral Barcelona.

Food: you can find much better everywhere all over the city. Its Spain!.

If you are planning to stay for a few days, the limited breakfast menu can be a bit disappointing. No oatmeal, eggs are presented only boiled or as pre-cooked scramble. Also, it's a bit strange that the hotel doesn't have triple or family rooms. On a trip with an 8 year old child, we had to book 2 rooms.

Great location, comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

No way to turn AC fan permanently on. The unit is loud, it wakes me up during the night when it is turning on. So I had to sleep with earplugs. Other hotels in Catalonia didn't have that issue with the AC.

The room, facilities, food were all very acceptable and we will be happy to stay again.

When trying to book an additional night's stay, some reception staff told us this was not possible because the hotel was full. However, two other memnbers of staff were very helpful and investigated the situation and were able to meet our need of an additional night.

Basically everything was fine and as usual not really anything to complain about. The only disappointment was that the habitation was not cleaned or the bed made on the 23rd February. Otherwise all was very good.

Thought the meals in the restaurant could nave had more choice.

For 1 person the room was of good size, for 2 will probably be cramped. Large bathroom with good water pressure

Noise from the corridor and music from the lobby are disturbing (I was in the 2nd floor). The bed was too hard for my preference
