The Resort is a perfect ‘base camp’ for golfers. At the same time it offers state of the art wellness and fitness facilities. My yoga classes with Inna were challenging but rewarding. Namaste! - The reception team (Pablo, Jorge) were inspiring and extremely helpful in many respects. Exceptional breakfast on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Kati’s smile/humor was just the right dose for a perfect start into a new day. Finishing the day with an truly international Bar Team reflects on our enjoyment for 10 wonderful days. The corporate spirit is absolutely inviting!

Just a few suggestions: the breakfast music could need some variations and the food/tapas at Cortijo is falling short of the other outstanding Resort areas/functions.

The breakfast was not the typical buffet. You order off the menu, but there is no charge if your breakfast is included. Very friendly and professional staff at breakfast. The room (Jr. suite) was large and very comfortable. Just what we wanted and needed.

We liked everything. My wife likes to be in the city and this hotel is out in the country. I liked the location. My wife, not so much...

I work for a sustainable investment company, but I couldn’t understand no mugs for tea and coffee (equally as efficient but far nicer than paper cups), and tins for water when in the restaurant there are nice glass bottles we could have in the room to refill.

Good day, I stayed with you 9.2-11.2, where I had a reservation through booking. On 9.2 I paid 920 euros at the reception, when I left I got a bill from you for 540 euros which I paid again? When will you refund me? I am your regular guest twice a month and I really don't like this.

We were greeted with very friendly staff. The ride to our room was in a golf buggy which was fun & unique. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing time in the Spa. It was absolutely beautiful and blissful all at once. We came out of the Spa feeling refreshed. We stayed one night and we are looking forward to returning again. Our breakfast was delicious and we were definitely spoiled for choice.

Check in time was at 3pm. We arrived at 2pm and we were able to check in. However, an earlier check in would have been nice. Check out time was at 12pm however, we were given the option to pay extra to have a later check out.

Staff was great - location surprisingly perfect to all restaurants and the beach- accommodations perfect

We were welcomed well and enjoyed our stay. There were a few small problems but didn’t interfere with our overall experience.

We were disappointed to find that we have spent €187 on our departure, even though we have tried to keep within the black dots which meant that Bt should be within the all-inclusive that we had paid for. I think the issue was the language barrier because every time we ordered we always said that we wanted anything we ordered to be within the all inclusive. it is a beautiful place but there is definitely a language barrier.

Beautiful rooms with great layouts for children, staff were friendly and efficient, booked last minute, cot added on arrival, nice restaurants with speedy service, great view across The Valley to the sea, arranged transfers the very next morning. So much space and places to explore.

Slight smell of drains in the bathroom. Not a buffet breakfast which some people might actually like.

Clean, modern and fresh

Only one thing! The paper cups and wooden stirrers in the rooms would be much better if they were proper pot cups and saucers.
