hotel was lovely and clean, set in a great location with beautiful views. the pool in San Remo is for those who like a more lively day by the pool, the sister hotel next door is much quieter. staff were all lovely and polite. the food was great and plenty of variety, cannot recommend this hotel enough for the money we paid. also don’t be tricked into getting a cab from the airport with booking.com, they quote us 60€ when it actually cost 27€

clean, fresh towels, nice pool. drinks nice, food good. occasionally the dinners were a bit bland, lovely fresh fruit, lunch & breakfast were very good, could do with omelette and also pancakes would be amazing. pool nice, right on the beach, also by the boat taxi. few shops and restaurants nearby too.

someone getting into our room and stealing things. was given a key as told staff at reception she was in room 301 (but actually she was at the wrong hotel). she stole my bags, some money, jewellery & make up. we found her in our room rummaging through our cases. Not happy about that.

Beautiful location right on the beach. The hotel was generally very clean and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice but wouldn’t recommend for families with young children as there was just nothing for them in terms of a play area, slides, etc. just a very basic baby pool. Hotel wasn’t noisy late at night which was a bonus. Shops and bars/cafes nearby. Overall a nice hotel but wouldn’t want to stay for a week with my children as they would be bored.

More facilities for young children. A fridge in the room would be great.

the pool area was amazing the beach is a few steps away, there are sun loungers at the pool where they play music and then away from the pool there are more sun loungers if you don’t want to listen to the music and would much rather relax. The staff were super friendly on arrival and throughout our staff! Our room was spacious and very clean.

You can hear doors banging and people walking along the corridors at night time and occasionally can hear conversations in the corridor when you are in the room. Not sure if all the rooms are like this or just ours as we were on the last room at the corner.

We were so impressed by Vibra San Remo. The restaurant staff were so professional and friendly and we thought the breakfast was fabulous. There was a very wide selection and some nice daily changes to the food served so some new things to try each day. The room was cleaned daily. Location wise, it was fantastic being right by the shore so we had the choice of a dip in the pool or a swim in the sea. Thank you for making our holiday so nice and relaxing!

The facilities were great. We loved the pool and our sea view room had a great view. The hotel is close to a water taxi to San Antonio which is handy, otherwise its around 25 mins walk. The food was good, standard buffet quality, with a great selection each day. The staff were always friendly and helped us with any question we had. The hotel also has shops right at the doorstep, plenty of choice.

The room could've been a little cleaner. The bedsheets weren't fitted and we found them to come undone very easily in the night. When we asked for our rooms to be made up, it would've been nice to have a replacement shower gel and replacement plastic cups. The restaurant also could've been cleaner. Almost all plates were dirty so you had to find the least dirty one and wipe it everyday.

The hotel gym opens quite late (10-22) so no chance for morning workout. We have found small insects in the room, but as long as you don’t keep any open food that is not a big issue (those tiny ants were not harmful, didn’t really matter much food our comfort).

Very central, but not too close. Great hotel and lovely staff. Plus side it's right on top on the beach. Clear water. Amazing. Also there's a water taxi just outside to take you to the other side and all for 4 euros per person. Great, clean place.

Pool is very busy and hard to get a lounger unless you get up Megha early.

The walls are thin so you maybe unlucky if you get noisy neighbours. The sunbeds are limited they open the pool area at 9am so you have to queue at 8.30 if you want a few beds together. It is a shame they don’t offer plastic wine glasses

The location is excellent, especially with the choice of pool and beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The food was fine, but nothing was amazing. I think the fact that they catered for so many different cuisines and so many people was obviously why.
