Wonderful aparthotel, tastefully decorated, quiet, very comfortable firm beds and good air-conditioning. They put an extra single bed in the living room for our daughter, so we still had a functional sofa. It's in a fabulous location, right by the main shopping area, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby (recommend the Abba Hotel rooftop bar, which has wonderful views over the city). It's less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. (Tip - if you buy a combined ticket at the Church of El Salvador nearby you can skip queues for the Cathedral and El Salvador is worth seeing too, we did this on the day so no need to book online in advance). The pool is really a long plunge pool, but rooftop area is very nice, with sunbeds.

I wish I could give more stars. We arrived late around 11 pm due to delay in our flight. We were really tired and run down. Then there was a welcome basket in our room with oranges and cookies. It really cheered us up. 1. Location is ideal just in walking distance from everything. And just next to a very chic shopping street. Restaurants. Mac Donald, Burger King etc. The Setas de Sevilla is just next to the hotel and actually can be seen from the rooftop. 2. The staff is amazing. Kind, polite, helpful. 3. The whole hotel areas including the rooms are perfectly air conditioned. A blessing. There are two elevators to the top floors. 4. The room is very modern, chic and comfortable. It has a small kitchen with all the appliances you need for cooking. We did not use them but they are complete. Toaster. A coffee machine. The coffee capsules were refilled every day. The fridge was refilled with water and juice everyday. There is a safe. 5. The bathroom is really spacy and clean. Has got hair dryer. 6. The pool area was a blessing in hot Seville weather. It is not a big pool but as I wrote it is a blessing. Overall, I hardly remember being so satisfied with my stay in a hotel. Highly recommended.

The Aquitania Home Suites are in a lovely old building that's been beautifully renovated into modern, clean apartments with all mod cons. Location The apartments are in a central location, with lovely shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. Despite the location being so close to everything, it was still very quiet at night and we had no issues sleeping. Although we didn't go to one, I believe there are several supermarkets near by. Room We stayed in room 205 on the second floor. I had requested a quiet room with good air conditioning and that was what we got. The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with sofa-bed, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The kitchen has a microwave, small fridge-freezer, sandwich maker, fruit juicer, cooker with two hobs, a sink and a dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. We were able to request a small iron and ironing board from the housekeeping staff and held onto it for the entire stay (3 days). Air con was excellent - we set it to a refreshing 16 degrees celsius. Just to note, when we arrived, the aircon was set to 25 degrees, so it took a few hours for the place to cool down, but once it got to the cooler temperature it maintained it for the entire stay. (There may have been a different setting to blast the aircon and cool it down quicker, but it was fine for us as we were away for those few hours anyway.) The windows had great soundproofing, the bed was large (super king, I think) and comfy. The curtains kept the room in a comfortable darkness but aren't fully blacked out. There was some street noise around 2am on Saturday (traffic and people passing). I was still up, so could hear it, but I don't think I would have heard it or that it would have woken me if I was asleep. Both the living room and bedroom have a tv. Storage in the bedroom consists of: a chest of drawers, small open wardrobe with hanging rail, and coat hooks on the wall.

Location was great for shops, restaurants and sights. Staff at reception desk were really helpful, particularly the lady who worked late afternoon and evening shift each day. Size of the apartment was very good and it was well equipped.

The only negative was the standard of cleaning- the apartment floor, including the bathroom, was dirty and needed sweeping/vacuuming as well as dusting of the surfaces. This hadn’t been done before our arrival or at any point during our 4 night stay. The last flight of stairs up to the pool was dirty and needed sweeping. There was a cigarette butt on one of the stairs during our entire stay.

There was no breakfast provided but there are loads of places very near by. This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. They even give you a little food tray on arrival which includes 2 bread rolls, tomato, oranges, 4 cakes and butter and jam. They also replenish 2 cartons of water and 2 bottles of fresh juice free of charge everyday. The service by Ana and Cristina was pleasant and nothing was too much trouble.

Small problem with the over head shower not working but not really a problem.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Seville - we managed to walk to all the main sights and there are loads of options for food and drink in the vicinity. Staff were very helpful and friendly and offered recommendations for restaurants and how to get around. The rooftop terrace is nice although small so gets full quickly in the afternoon.

Check-in instructions could have been clearer. We didn’t know the location of the nearby parking or whether we needed to register our car with reception in advance. I emailed a couple of times in the days before check-in and got no reply, but we were able to contact reception by WhatsApp on the drive over. We also weren’t told we needed our passports with us to check in which was almost a disaster as we didn’t have them with us.

The location is very good, near of everything. It's a five minute walk from a public parking, and a parking reservation was arranged before I arrived, so, everything went ok. The rooms are very spacious, cozy, they have everything you need. The fridge and kitchen is replenished everyday with drinks and food. So you always have something to byte. The internet speed is great. All staff is very helpful and kind.

The only thing that we missed on this Hotel was a parking on premisses (but, as I mentioned, you have a public parking nearby). Other than that, it's perfect.

Very clean, really friendly staff, good location, good little roof top. Complimentary mini bar of fruit juice, water, jams andbowl of oranges with a juicer for freshly squeezed orange juice and sweet cakes and bread. We'd definitely stay again. There's an Aldi and Carrefour nearby and a short walk to great tapas places,shopping and the old town

Not a lot not to like. Could do with a tea towel for the kitchen and maybe some cotton pads in the bathroom but that's being a little picky. Really a great, clean, reasonably priced stay in seville.

The location is great, the suite has everything you need and is very modern, everything is functional. Staff is great, and it's a 24/7 reception. Everything was very clean, and we also left some drinks and food in the fridge for free.

The water in the pool was very warm and quite smelly. I think they used a lot of product to keep it clean, but it wasn't inviting at all. There were 44 degrees outside, so that might have something to do with it.

This is a real gem in the heart of Seville. Perfect location for walking anywhere in the city. The staff were ultra friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The small pool area on the roof was a lovely place to relax and take a dip after a day exploring Seville. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again when visiting this fantastic city.
