An elegant apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood. Entering the apartment building was like being transported to a beautiful, peaceful oasis. The interior design is simply gorgeous! The apartment is just around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Sevilla and very close to the main shopping area. Most of the main attractions in Sevilla are within easy walking distance! The host, Olga, was wonderful and took great care to ensure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. She can also give some great recommendations on restaurants and help book a taxi if you need one. She was so warm and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend staying here and definitely will the next time I visit Sevilla!

Excellent stay! We had a wonderful time at the CH Boutique Apartments. We stayed there for one week. The apartment had all of the things that made our stay pleasant. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances. The washer/dryer was very useful for a longer stay. Olga, the property manager, was so sweet and helpful! The location was very convenient as it is within easy walking distance to many of the old town attractions.

We were slightly disappointed that we could not access the rooftop pool/terrace during our stay. We were told that the top-floor room gets private access to the rooftop outside of the summer season.

First off, the apartment is lovely, in a quiet square with a few cafes/bars that make for great sitting and people watching. Convenient to everything but just off the main tourist drags. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Great bed, lovely shower, nice decor. And the owner/manager went way above and beyond for us with check in - I missed her messages asking for our passport info, which she needed for us to check in, and only saw it at around 11pm the day of our arrival (had a late flight). Despite me sending the required info so late, she still responded with the code information so we could get inside. It was very much appreciated!

Olga was a phenomenal host! Our train arrived later than expected and she still received us for check-in at around midnight providing an amazing customer service. She had the best attitude, customer service, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She also provided amazing food recommendations! Overall, the communication and service were great which made the stay in Sevilla pleasant and memorable!

I am a light sleeper and the street noise and lights were a bit too much (for me!). Also, I was looking forward to enjoy some time at the rooftop (one of the reason why I chose the hotel) and it turned out to be closed from Nov to March. Not sure if I missed this when booking but would have been great to know. Otherwise, this hotel was great!

This is a lovely apartment that has been tastefully renovated. You will love the shower and bathroom. With the brushed bronze hardward, and statement marble handbasin, the attention to detail was really excellent. The square outside has an excellent restaurant and generally alluring ambience. There is a michelin star fish spot on the corner, next to an excellent icream shop. With small bars and a host of local coffee spots, this is a good pick for someone with a refined palate. For the touristy days, it's perfect walking distance to see Old Seville, just a short walk through the shopping mainstreet.

While there is kitchen and lounge area, I could not seriously envision myself eating or spending much time in the space. Which is fine because self catering runs a similar cost to eating out locally. Slightly musky smell in the courtyard area, however, this has likley already been fixed.

Property was beautiful. They were extremely accommodating- allowing us to store our bags early. Room was great. Sofa couch was comfortable enough. AC was good. Pool was small compared to pictures but still a lovely addition to the property. Rooftop area was very cute and enjoyable for afternoon relaxation Elevator ✅

I experienced this multiple times in Europe and in multiple cities so I will not fault this property as it was fixed within one night and not experienced again - But we arrived back from dinner the 1st night there was a strong sewer smell in the hallway outside our room. It had dissipated by the morning.

A beautiful traditional building that has been carefully and stylishly upgraded. The location is fantastic - on a quiet plaza a few mi utes walk from great restaurants and shopping. We had the top floor apartment which included a lovely outdoor deck for breakfast. We also had direct access to the plunge pool and a big sofa area on the roof. It was all ours after 9pm! Bed was super comfy and the high ceiling made the space feel generous. Olga is an amazing host - giving us all kinds of great advice on restaurants and sightseeing. Just a wonderful place to stay when you are in Seville!

Everything’s was great. Property has an elevator so easy to take our bags up to our top floor room.

Our stay here was perfect. The location is on a lovely square with a couple of easy going restaurants and bars right in the middle of everything that Seville has to offer. The Palace, the cathedral, all the shops, the restaurants, parks and everything else are all within easy reach. We walked everywhere. There is so much to explore that we always got distracted along our way to our planned destinations. If you walk to the river from here go left when you get to the river as you will find it leads to restaurants and bars and also you can get to other attractions. If you take the right when you get to the river, it is ok for a run maybe but you won't find anywhere to get refreshments or find a rest room for a long, long way. Seville itself seemed very reasonably priced on everything everywhere we went. A glass of wine averaged about 2.6 euros and coffee & tea less, food also was very reasonable in the restaurants. A treat visit to The Alfonzo XIII Hotel bar only charged 6 euros for a very good Rioja and it came with a generous portion of nuts and nibbles that we couldn't finish. We enjoyed our stay in CH Apartments Boutique very much, we stayed on the top floor, it has all you need for two people if you decide to cook. There is a comfy bed and the area is very quiet, no noise other than the birds chirping. The church bells are very considerate too as they don't ring until 10am...a relief. Many places in Spain have bells that ring every 15 minutes 24/7...in fact many places we have stayed have had a cockerel either on site or living with a neighbour and a clock tower with a bell - if you are a light sleeper like me it can be a nightmare. This place I can happily report was the perfect place for a long deep sleep. Our host, Olga, was very friendly, very patient if you are wanting to practice your (book one, page one) Spanish.

Going home to cold weather.

We loved the bathroom, it was a very good shower and spacious. We loved the overall space and how well it was located. All the amenities in the room were also very appreciated. The location was also so convenient and idea to visit everything within walkable distance. It was a calm and quiet area yet, close to so many things to do! The staff is so lovely was helpful throughout our entire stay and beyond. Special thanks to Olga and Ana!

We felt that the plunge pool could have been better cleaned or could use a pool cover when it’s not being used, to protect it from soil and mosquitoes entering the water. The sofa also kind of seems a bit outdated as well as the rug.

It was traditionally decorated, comfy bed, nice shower and kitchen facilities. Nice and spacious and the entrance to the property & lobby is beautiful. The pool area albeit tiny is nice but only big enough for two at anyone time.

It is advertised as a hot tub apartment. The hot tub isn’t a hot tub but a freezing plunge pool. It doesn’t create bubbles or any heat. The owner said she would come and have a look but didn’t and then said the sun should heat it up. The sun doesn’t get anywhere near it as it’s at the bottom of a tunnel and has a sort of canopy over it anyway. No windows so not much natural light to the room. We had an infestation of ants if we left anything out for longer than 10mins. The room smelt quite fusty throughout our stay. No shade what at all on the roof so couldn’t stay up there for too long in the heat.
