Very good value and helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great location, near an area that has a good buzz without being in the main tourist area but near enough to that as well. Staff recommendations were spot on.

Noise from neighbouring bedrooms was loud at times especially late at night. Perhaps the rooms have walls and flooring/ceiling which are not well enough sound-proofed. Toilet flushing and shower noise, particularly late at night was a problem if you were trying to sleep. Also, 3 sources of light remained active in the room when all normal lights were off....green exit light over the door (I understand health and safety requirements), television pilot light (unnecessary), and smoke/carbon monoxide sensor red light flashing every 7 seconds.

Nice room for an overnight stay. The hotel is in a good location close to the old town, bars, shops and restaurants.

Extra bed not very comfortable

The hotel is located in a good location. You can either walk to the main attractions or take the bus. The bus stop is 4mins away. The staff is friendly, professional and approachable. The whole hotel and the room are always clean. I'd come back.

The only thing I was not really happy about was the size of the room. Between the bed and the bathroom wall/door there were probably just 20cm. I had to walk on my side to go through it. I didn't mention it because I was there just to sleep but it's the reason why I didn't give a 10.

The hotel is well located near to the old city and its monuments. It is also near the main street where you can take the bus to everywhere in Sevilla. What I liked the most is the availability of a duplex room that fits my family needs with children. The breakfast was quite rich and varied and the staff were welcoming and serious in responding to our queries.

I think the price is a little bit higher compared to other neighbouring hotels in Sevilla. Also the toilet in our room didn't have a door that can be closed, so it was embarrassing for my family in terms of intimacy. The stairs within the room are too tight and there is a risk of accidents for families with small children or babies in case of inatention.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was very kind and spoke excellent English, everything was clean and as advertised. Great location, close to city center, and very close to the beginning of the processions for Semana Santa!

Our room at steep, spiral stairs leading to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We were able to use an elevator to reach the room but the room itself had stairs. The room was also smaller than I expected based on pictures but still comfortable.

It was very clean, quiet and the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel location was in old town, with narrow streets and walking distance to everywhere ie Royal Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, the river, etc. We had to book parking space in advance. Unfortunately it was full but the lady in the reception recommended parking space close by with special hotel rate EUR18/day. There was a self service laundry nearby.

The room was very small. There was no space after we put an extra bed.

It was a perfect sized room, in a quiet side of the city and very close to all the important sights. We had a view towards the inner patio (a good place to wind down in the evening after visiting museums). The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, and it offered plenty of options to choose from for a good start of the day.

Great location - a short drive into central Seville. Parking available which is a must in an area where vehicles are parked bumper to bumper! Be warned, the car park itself is a very tight space to manoeuvre around - we later learned that this is the case with Seville in general but coming from a far more spacious UK, it was definitely a bit of a challenge ensuring our hire car was returned in one piece! Hotel staff were very pleasant, it was lovely and clean and our room was great. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sevilla.

Spiral staircase in room was a bit of a hazard for two toddlers.

The hotel is nice and clean, cool lobby to work with a nice patio. It is walking distance from most places in the historic center. I would recommend it.

The room wasn't ready went we arrived, even if we got there past the check-in hour. We had to wait for a while, go out to eat, and when we came back they were still cleaning the room. This was not nice. The 3rd bed was kind of uncomfortable.

The hotel is cozy and it's situated in a quiet location, close to Alamedas de Hercules - a place full of restaurants and terraces, serving food and drinks all day. There is also a Carrefour express just few min away from the hotel that was very handy to have close by. Very good breakfast, with lots of options for everyone's taste. Lovely staff, warm and very helpful and accommodating everyone. Cleaning and refreshing room every day, it was just so relaxing to return to our clean and fresh room after a full day of walking and visiting.. Many thanks to all the staff for making our stay so comfortable and homely.

There is a bit of an walk from the hotel to the main area of monuments and attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, Piazza de Espana etc) - about 30 to 40 min walk. It is a nice walk, but still a bit long especially after hours of walking on the downtown, visiting monuments etc
