excellent location near the setas and within walking distance of Santa Cruz neighborhood including cathedral and real alcazar. Stunning room, really cool (AC) plenty of space and lots of amenities included such as plenty of towels, extra bedding, iron, soap, condiments, cutlery and glass wear, coffee machine etc. really clean too and easy to access (loved the fact there was no long check in process and the codes for the doors were brill). elevator is a plus!!

very minor stuff - no shampoo/conditioner so remember to bring some (we did), the bin was pretty small so u will have to empty it if ur staying long and planning to eat in frequently, tv in sitting room didn’t work. the roof terrace was very hot and therefore unuseable - they could put a parasol?

Such a cozy and pretty appartment, with beautiful style and architecture !! Bedroom with ensuite bathroom shower amenities dryer and bidet. Beautiful livingroom with sofabed, connected to small kitchenette with table and chairs coffemachine microwave kettle fridge, with coffee, teabags and cookies. Loved it all! had a problem with the safe they sent someone and even videod how to do it so nice! and they gave me a great link for car transfer to airport which turned out to be a good idea on christmas morning as there were no taxis. Fantastic restaurants and cafes all around !!

the kettle smelled like cleaning vinegar but i just microwaved the water no problem!

Great location in the old town, very to access all points of interest in a quieter area than the centre but still busy at night with loads of bars restaurants on your doorstep. Great big comfortable bed and a very useful roof terrace.

The kitchenette was very useful but needs to be checked for everyday utensils that need to be added eg bread knife, wine glasses and mugs. The shower cubicle tiles contained some black mould in the grout that could be easily removed with bleach.

We had the penthouse apartment which was very spacious and had immediate access to roof terrace - this was communal but not used by others during our stay. Apartment and communal areas were very clean and quiet which was good. Location was excellent - right in the centre with short walks to Cathedral and Real Alcazar. Our HommyHome host Manuel was very helpful - lots of clear communication on check-in which was all straightforward and responsive / helpful on questions we had. Thank you!

The one slight negative was bed was a little hard and uncomfortable, perhaps this could be improved.

Location was great and the place was comfortable. Spacious for an inner city apartment and a fabulous overview of the city street.

Not set up for self catering. Found it odd to have an apartment with an obvious need to wash your cups and plates, but had to do so in the bathroom sink as there was no kitchen sink. Lack of a toaster and a washing machine. Still if you don’t want to make your own breakfast or anything- great spot! We went out for meals anyway.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and about a 7 min walk to the Alcazar. The apartment is clean and cozy, with traditional decor but still quite modern. The air conditioning did an amazing job at keeping the room cool even at 38 degrees outside. The small fridge was very useful for keeping our water cold and the coffee machine was a nice bonus. The whole building seems recently renovated and has a pleasant smell right from the ground entrance. It is pretty dark inside the room as the street is quite narrow but it helps with the high summer temperatures.

Beware, parking in Spain is expensive and almost impossible to find. We found a parking space at 5 min walk from the apartment and paid a subscription for our stay. They have different prices depending on how many days you need. A kitchen sink would've been very useful, we had to wash the dishes in the bathroom. Also more coffee capsules would've been nice, for a fee of course. They were enough just for half our stay and we had to go to the nereast shop to buy some in the mornings. As the location is very central, the street tends to be noisy until around 12 AM. It wasn't an issue for us but it might be to some.

We visited for three nights with our 18-month-old and had a great experience. We arrived late but had no problems getting in thanks to clear communication from the hosts and the apartment was just gorgeous inside. It was also really well located for walking around most parts of Sevilla. A travel cot was provided with a little duvet and pillow, too.

Not a huge issue but the bathroom was off the bedroom and the door was frosted glass so if you had to go in the night you couldn’t turn the light on or you would wake everyone in the bedroom up. A minor thing but did make a difference especially when travelling with children who go to bed early.

Spacious accommodation in a great location, just steps away from Las Setas and within an easy walk of everything Seville has to offer. The rooms (bedroom and living room with kitchen) are large, plenty of space for two people staying a few days. we didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well equipped for making a meal or having breakfast.

No window in the rooms (only a window looking over the lobby). not enough hot water for two showers - the second one was always lukewarm.

it was a beautiful and spacious apartment that was perfectly located. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable and it was very useful to have the relatively large fridge. The air conditioning worked well. We were surprised we needed it but it was hot in March! Seville is lovely!

the shower is a bit small but we didn’t mind given how wonderful everything else was.

Location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the Cathedral. Palace of Alcazar and many other sights.

The outside courtyard which I thought was attached to the apartment was outside and on the next floor up, which was not convenient to access if a meal outside was desired. Also a small sink near the kitchen utensils would have been very useful, instead of gettting water and washing any dishes used in the en suite bathroom.
