very clean and nice hotel, friendly stuff, very good bus transportation, reasonable price

I was there for 11 nights so the issue came out with breakfast. There was not a big choice of products (no vegetables at all) specifically for the person who stayed for a long time. it started to be boring to eat each day the same! They don’t cook omelets, scrambled eggs etc etc. so for this standard breakfast should be definitely way better!

The hotel staff is exceptional, friendly and pleasant. The comfortable room, with a super comfortable bed, an extraordinary bathroom and all the comforts. I would recommend it with my eyes closed!

The only point where I would see a failure would be in the television both because of its size, the number of channels (very few) and the volume that in level one was already too high for the size of the room. This as constructive criticism, since the rest of the amenities cover this type of failure.

Decent size of room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom. Restaurant was nice, staff was very approachable and professional. Breakfast was very good with great service time. All reception staff was very good and professional. I must mention reception lady called Reyes who was absolutely outstanding. Whatever we asked, she did sort out asap. Also, she put lot of effort to organise a romantic dinner with the view. Thank you Reyes for this. Dinner in Abades Triana was perfect and view was breathtaking.

I cannot say I didn’t like something, but…it was quite far from the city centre, 30-40 mins walking. Bar area doesn’t work from 1 pm to 6 pm, but there is wending machine with some sweets, soft drinks and sandwiches.

The AC Tourneo Marriot Hotel was a full featured comfortable and attractive hotel. Unfortunately it is not in walking distance to the desirable tourist areas. We appreciated on site parking however it was at an extra fee. The peace of mind of knowing the car was safe and secure was worth the extra €10 per day. This hotel will not disappoint you in comfort.

This hotel while quite comfortable however it was not near tourist areas we were interested in. Taxi under €10 each way was needed to visit desired areas. If you know this ahead of time it allows you to plan accordingly.

The room was clean with much space. Great relation of price and value. As I was in Seville for an event close to the hotel, it was perfect for my needs. For tourists it might be a bit far from the center. I didn't hear too much from the street as some guests mentioned (and I am rather sensitive in that matter), but even if it would have been louder at least on my room window there were additional, rather tight closing wooden blinds outside you could close, if needed.

The pillows could be a bit firmer (there were 4 on the bed, why not 2 soft and 2 firm ones for each taste?). The bathroom to me felt a bit cold as if there was no heating, but only what gets inside through the door. Not solvable immediately by the hotel as it's a structural issue, but an advice to sensible people.

Exiptional hotel, amazing people, everything more than great, room is big nice and so clean, bathroom is big, so clean, the room is elegant, bed is so much comfortable, really this place is at the top. The rooms in this hotel better than a lot 5 stars hotels really, really I was surrprised better than photos. Of course I would like to come back. I felt everybody at this hotel wants to make my stay nice and comfortable from their heart. 100% recommend it. From the bottom of my heart Thank you every body from reception to people who clean and everybody you are the best.

Hotel Porcel Torneo was a wonderful place to stay. It was near the historic district. The staff was very helpful. I ended up leaving my shirt there, but they helped me find it and return it. For us, the parking fee was included in the price of the room. It was easy to find and navigate around. The breakfast was also good and had many choices. The staff spoke English.

The breakfast was too pricey, but there's no other restaurant around the hotel at that time of the morning. There are no real complaints. The staff made it easy.

The hotel was very clean, The bed was great, The AC was cold, and the staff was very helpful in figuring out some of the events I was attending.

The fridge would get wet at the bottom when the card was removed from the room and electricity was cut. The staff believes this should not happen, however, this was observed twice and never happened when the card was not removed. The location was far away from events. I liked walking, but some days the sun was a bit prohibitive.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was overall clean. The hotel's located 30-40 mins walk from the city centre but it's okay because there are plenty bus stops around. The staff was very polite.

I think the breakfast could've been improved - there's not too much choice, and I wasn't fond of the coffee.

Breakfast was very good having a large variety of products. Room was clean and bathroom was modern and surrounded by a glass wall. We had a pleasant stay and also appreciated the service overall as it was offered at the highest standards. Thanks

Parking is extra 10 euro and you take the elevator in the underground parking. Location is not quite convenient if you plan to go by foot to the city center but is doable
